Enjoy your stay at this new stylish Townhouse that is perfect for family or group trips. Located in Clemson City limits & conveniently located behind Patrick Square, only 4 miles to Clemson Memorial Stadium. This cozy home comes with a fully stocked kitchen including a gas stove, stainless steel appliances, an upscale complimentary coffee and tea station, and a Golf Cart! The open floor plan features a 75 inch TV perfect for enjoying ball games or movies w/some fun ambient vibes.

This is a spacious upscale Townhouse located inside Clemson City limits. It features an office/work area with a lounge couch and desk. Around the corner you will find a full bath and a fully laundry room. The open floor plan with vaulted ceilings feature a fully equipped kitchen that is open to the dining and living area. Fully stocked coffee and tea bar (designed especially with our guests in mind). In the living area you have a 75" Smart TV equipped with ambient lighting and an electric fireplace. Off of the main living area is the Master Suite with a large walk-in closet along with a double sink and walk in tiled shower in the maser bathroom. Upstairs is filled with 3 rooms and 1 Bathroom. Two rooms feature queen size beds, night stands, dressers, one large walk in closet and one full size closet. One bedroom is equipped with Bunk beds (1 Full size, 1 Twin, 1 pull out Twin Trundle), sectional seating that can be made into another sleeping area, and a Smart TV. There is also another full bathroom serving the upstairs guests quarters. There is a garage which stores a complimentary Gas EZGO Golf Cart for guest use (please note a separate agreement must be signed prior to check-in for use). If you do wish to use the golf cart please let the host know so they can get you the agreement.

Located in the new neighbored, The Grange, which is behind the prominent neighborhood, Patrick Square (Rick Erwins, Joe's NY Pizza, Clemson Wine Bar, Kite Hill Brewery and more). The host(ess) was the best

Excellent communication from our host. She was quick to respond to our questions and kept in touchthroughoutourstay to make sure we were doing ok and didn't need anything. We thought it a little strange we couldn't get the address until 3 days prior, but, really, we didn't actually need it until the day of...sooooo. We had a little problem with the oven, but we figured we would just adapt and do something else because we didnt want to bother them late at night. It wasn't a big deal, but she came right over, anyway, figured out the problem and fixed it for us. Kudos! I gave 4 stars for "acuracy of the listing", because we had some confusion about the sleeping arrangements. It may not have, technically, been an inaccuracy; maybe just a misunderstanding on our part about what was written. It seemed one of the bedrooms was actually a den with a sleeping sofa, that had glass doors and no curtain. That was a little awkward for the couple who slept in there trying to get dressed. But we were all family, so it wasn't a major problem. The kids loved the complimentary snacks and the adults appreciated the coffee and tea. The house was immaculate! We would definitely stay again.

Awsome host!

The house is just like the pictures! Beautiful home! And the host was very fast to respond and easy to talk to! We got to stay in the master suit and the Bed was amazing! So comfortable! Would definitely recommend!
