Cada una de las suites de un dormitorio tiene una ducha al aire libre, rodeado de muros de piedra hermosa nativa. La piscina grande sobresale más allá del borde de la cubierta, con vistas libres de cargas a través de St. extremo oeste de Juan a San Thomas más allá. La Bella Vita se encuentra en Virgin Grand Estates, un barrio residencial que ofrece privacidad pacífica. Beautiful View!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at the beautiful home. Our adult kids enjoyed each be able to have their own bed/bath! The island was wonderful, and it was great to just hang out at the pool as well.

Better than expected.

The house is bigger than visualized in the pictures. AC throughout the house is a big plus on St. John. Excellent communication with the property management, easy in and out. The ocean view is outstanding day and night. I highly recommend La Bella Vita.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved La Bella Vita with our family. Each of the 4 rooms had an outstanding ocean view - just like the photos. We all loved the private pool. Also, we called them for small items (missing coffee pot) and they immediately arrived with a new coffee pot. Overall service was super.

La Bella Vita

This property is more beautiful then the pictures. (Pictures need to be updated showing additional improvements.) It has been updated with additional outdoor space leaving everyone their own space when wanted. The views are spectacular over to St. Thomas and beyond. We will most likely rent here again as we can't wait to see the additional amenities planned for the villa!

When we have stayed there in the past, there were more beach toys, such as noodles. That would have been nice. But practically everything else you want is there, including coolers and beach chairs.Our flights were delayed so we arrive later than expected yet the management company handled it very professionally and was very accommodating!

Living and dining area spacious with lovely views. Porches have great furniture for sitting and dining and enjoying the fabulous views. Pool and verandas around pool are wonderful. Places not only for sunbathing and enjoying the sunset, but dining as well. Each bedroom has its own spacious well equipped bathroom. The staff at Catered Too was so prompt and helpful with anything we needed. Best experience we’ve had staying in St John.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall La Bella Vita is a lovely home in a lovely gated location in good proximity to town. The outside area, pool, grill area, multiple lounging areas are fantastic, the views over Cruz Bay and sunsets are awesome. The bedrooms are well situated for couples or a family with older children since each bedroom is accessed from the outside. Some of the negatives - furniture is on the older side and some of the mattresses are not comfortable at all. Lighting in the bedrooms is very dim, maybe due to electicity cost? but hard to find anything at night in the room! One of the bedrooms definitely smelled like stale smoke - it did not get better during the week we were there. There were plenty beach chairs but a few were broken and most of the shoulder straps were broken. The LR could use a furniture refresh; Kitchen was nice size, icemaker was not making ice very quickly but there were ice trays provided, dishwasher worked well but was older and not secured into the cabinet and would feel like it was tipping over when the bottom rack was full and pulled out. Kitchen has a good assortment of pots, pans, dishes, and equipment but only had 6 coffee mugs. Management company was nice - we left an item in the house and they were able to locate it and bring it to the PO to send out.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When we arrived we found a refrigerator repairman working on the ice maker. He left, unit un-repaired, never to be seen again. The pool was green. The guys shocked it to no avail, the pump had to be replaced which was done by a very conscientious individual Tueaday night (day 2). Back to normal on our third day. The dishwasher leaked the first time we ran it and did not clean well at all. No heated drying cycle, soap pods dissolved erratically. An individual came to the house but could not duplicate the leak. He left the dishwasher out in the floor which made it unusable for our entire stay. A huge, huge negative. This was our third stay at this property. The first two were fine, property was maintained and clean. This stay was just the opposite, all of us did not feel that the cleanliness level was up to standard, with cob webs in the light fixtures and insects in the bath rooms. It neeeds some serious attention.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I loved the view and the outdoor space. Plenty of room to spread out outdoors. The ice maker did not work. We constantly had to make ice in the trays or buy bags of ice. We did notify management of this. Why put trays in the freezer unless this is an ongoing issue? The ac unit in the one bedroom upstairs was very noisy. Did not notify management because this must also be an ongoing issue as I saw someone write about it in the book the owners leave to write in about their stay. I did notify management about the cleanliness of the floors as the bottom of our feet were very dirty the first night we were there. Nothing was done. The dishwasher had to be secured into its place because it was difficult to open the door. Another ongoing problem because the side of the oven is very scratched from all the opening and ’s a tight fit. Catered Too was responsive to our needs regarding items that could be fixed on the spot except for the cleanliness of the floor. My family and I have been coming to St. John for many many years and do understand the issues with maintaining a large home like this. Even though we loved the view and outdoor space I would not rent this villa again. I think it’s about time that the furniture (couch in great room is not comfortable) gets upgraded along with a new kitchen and appliances.

Views alone made the trip for us; we enjoyed just about every meal and cup of coffee or glass of wine outside overlooking the ocean, day and night. Well stocked with towels, beach chairs, and beverage coolers, which was a nice touch. A/C unit in one of the rooms was rattly/extra noisy, but other than that, a lovely home indeed.

Vernesta is just a phone call away and takes care of all our needs. This house was amazing. So much room inside and out. The view was indescribable. The gated community made us feel very safe. Great villa rental, a bit unorganized

The booking and checking experience was quite unorganized but once we got there the vacation was great. When I first booked, Catered To sent me an email with incorrect confirmation information. Twice. I emailed two weeks prior verifying the checkin process but the only response I received was “we look forward to your stay.” When we arrived I had to call for the front gate code which was the incorrect code. When we arrived at the house there was another gate to which I was given the wrong code and the office was scrambling both times to find the right one. Pretty frustrating.

We chose the home because of the views displayed on the website, and the amenities of full AC and a back-up generator. The views were beautiful, the property was in a quiet gated neigborhood, and it wasn’t far from town. The kitchen was equipped well, although we only cooked/grilled in one night. We would definitely stay at La Bella Vita again!

The house -- WOW -- the views are honestly stunning and the pool and outdoor space are amazing. The four identical bedrooms all with ensuite baths and king beds were perfect for a group of couples. It was one of the most well-appointed rentals I've ever stayed in - They had everything you could want or need. The location is great too. It's secluded enough but still only about a 15 minute drive to Cruz Bay and a 20 minute ride to the beaches. Highly recommend! Would definitely stay again!
