THE SPACE / SLEEPING CONFIGURATION

This two-suite combination joins a true one-bedroom suite with a full studio suite for genuine separation between sleeping and living areas. The one-bedroom suite has a king bedroom, a living room with a queen sleeper sofa, a full kitchen, and two full bathrooms (primary ensuite with jetted soaking tub and separate glass-enclosed shower, plus a second full bath with a walk-in shower). The studio suite has its own king bed, queen sleeper sofa, kitchenette, and a third spa-style bathroom with a soaking tub and separate shower. Both suites include Smart TVs, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a laptop-friendly workspace.

IMPORTANT NOTES

- No resort fee. The nightly rate is all-in.
- Community laundry is available for stays of 7 nights or longer only. Request access at check-in. There is no washer/dryer in this unit for shorter stays.
- Parking: Complimentary valet for one vehicle per reservation.
- Check-in: Front desk check-in required. Primary guest must be 21+ with valid government-issued ID.
- A refundable security deposit of $100 per night (maximum $300) is required at check-in, released after checkout if unused.
- No daily housekeeping; professionally cleaned prior to arrival. Optional paid services available: priority early check-in ($35) and mid-stay cleaning ($112).
- Non-smoking. Rollaway beds, cribs, and high chairs are not provided.
