Large 4 bedroom and 3 bathroom secluded home in Southern Pines with a swimming pool, hot tub and very spacious backyard with a fire pit and games. The home also features a theater room with a 70 inch smart TV.

Welcome to our spacious 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home located in the beautiful town of Southern Pines! Our home is perfect for families or groups looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay while exploring all that the area has to offer.

The main floor of our home features a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, two bedrooms, and living room. The kitchen is stocked with all the necessary cookware and appliances to make your stay feel like home. The dining room table seats 6 (but can add more chairs) and the living room has plenty of comfortable seating for everyone to relax. The main bedroom features a king bed and en suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a desk.

Upstairs, you will find 2 bedrooms (one with 2 twin XL beds and there other with 2 full size beds) and the theater room with a 70 inch TV.

Outside, there is a large fenced in backyard with a large pool, fire pit, outdoor games (corn hole and ladder ball) and grill for outdoor cooking and relaxation. The home also has a 2-car garage for secure parking.

Our home is conveniently located just a short drive from downtown Southern Pines, where you can find shopping, dining, and entertainment options. The Pinehurst Resort and Country Club, home of the famous golf courses, is just a few minutes away. The Sandhills region, which is known for its stunning landscape and outdoor recreational opportunities, is also nearby.

Guests will get a combo for the front door the day before checking in.

We are available for communication from 9am-10pm EST.

Very relaxing and quiet neighborhood. Very close drive to downtown Southern Pines, Pinehurst and several golf courses are 5-10 minutes away from the home.

Bring your golf clubs and get ready to play some top tier golf courses or come spend a relaxing time and enjoy the great outdoor and indoor spaces.

Small Family Gathering

This house was great for us. We needed it for an unexpected gathering. It gave us a chance to bond as a family. Limited television which meant lots of talking, laughing, and playing games. The younger members enjoyed eating dessert by the fire.

Made a Sad Visit Better

Our family was unfortunately in Southern Pines for a memorial service following an unexpected death. This property was a welcome refuge during a tough time. It has a great layout for a family, with a beautiful master on the lower floor and multi-bed rooms on the upper floor. The location is excellent: close enough to town that it's not a big deal to drive in, but far enough out that it feels secluded. The host was very accommodating when we ended up arriving early. Highly recommended!
