The Cole Cottage is designed for comfort with an open floor plan and oak hardwood floors, newly tiled bathrooms, and stylish LVP in the kitchen and laundry areas for easy cleanups. The kitchen is fully-equipped for all your cooking needs. It includes a great selection of pots, pans, baking pans as well as seasonings and spices. All-new stainless steel appliances, beautiful epoxy counter tops, coffee nook/bar. The dining room is perfect for inviting guests to share a meal or for a romantic dinner for two.

The living room is welcoming with comfort in mind. Lounge with your iPad in hand or catch a nap. Watch your current shows, your favorite team play and enjoy unlimited Streaming movies during your visit on the 4KUHD television. WiFi is available with a secure access code given upon arrival but the code is conveniently posted for everyone on the welcome board located on the kitchen table.

The Primary Master Bedroom features a pillow-top king-sized bed with duvet, an HD LCD TV, closet space for your luggage with a luggage rack, a chair for relaxing, a black walnut live edge vanity for getting ready for a night out. En suite bathroom with vanity & a walk-in vintage shower.

The King Hall Bedroom features(1) pillow-top king-sized bed with duvets and can accommodate 2 people. The closet space and luggage racks provides plenty of room for your luggage.

The double twin Bedroom features two twin beds with luxurious pillowtop mattresses and extra soft duvets . This room has a closet and luggage racks.

The Timmel House also has a covered porch with chairs to sit and enjoy a southern evening. Plus, the back deck has a char-broil grill and grilling tools ready to use at all times, an outdoor dinner table and ample seating for entertaining around the firepit located just adjacent to the deck. The quaint private backyard space lends itself to a lounging in one of our outdoor chairs or reading a book with a nice cup of joe.

The Cole Cottage welcomes babies and well-behaved children and is kid-friendly. A children's high chair, pack 'n play and baby tub are available upon request to meet the needs of your family. Please let us know if you need any or all of these during your stay. And be sure to ask us for directions - one of the best playgrounds in town is only a few blocks away!

An attached laundry room features a brand new washer & dryer, an ironing and folding area. Plus, there is ample room for golf clubs, bikes or other items that need to be locked away.

There are 3 king beds and 2 Master King Suites in this 4bd/3ba home. All 3 bathrooms have walk-in showers, renovated in 2022.
