About this property
Lovely Cabo Oceanfront Villa
Our 3 bedroom oceanfront villa is in a perfect location. Just steps from the ocean, walking distance to great restaurants, coffee/ice cream, juice shop and grocery store. We are a short 5 minute drive to downtown San Jose (great art walk and so many more restaurants). Also, 5 minutes to surfing, paddle boarding, snorkeling. Also, 10 minutes to Flora farms, Acre, Javier’s, and Zipper's (both on the ocean). We also can schedule on-site massages, nails, horseback riding, tennis and pickle ball lessons. During turtle hatching season, there are many opportunities to see the baby turtles headed out to sea in the early morning. Also, whale watching October - Jan right in front of our unit. We had a great stay at Sampaguita Villas—this place truly has everything you need for an easy, relaxed Cabo trip.The villa itself is beautiful, well-equipped, and feels very private. The proximity to the pool and beach can’t be beat, and having Sanjo right next door for lunches and cocktails was a big plus.(Open from 11-6 pm, closed Mondays)We loved stocking up at City Market—the new upscale grocery store nearby. The bakery is incredible, and the fresh produce and deli made it easy to do breakfasts, snacks, and appetizers at the house. There are also two other grocery stores nearby. We spent multiple days at Palmilla Beach (10 min drive), which was perfect for boogie boarding. Tip: arrive between 9–10am for easy parking. The unit offers boogie boards, umbrellas and chairs for use. Catherine also shared a great list of restaurant recommendations—some are walkable and felt very safe, and others are in downtown San José (worth a quick Uber to avoid navigating the narrow streets and parking).The property is quiet and the neighbors are kind—just know it’s more peaceful than lively.Overall: a really special, easy home base for a family trip—private, comfortable, and well-located.
