As such it is fully stocked with all amenities for living including dishes, pots, pans etc and has been decorated by me :) I do own pets, but they will be boarded elsewhere and the apartment will be cleaned thoroughly. However, this might not be the place for you if you have extremely severe cat/dog allergies.
Open space preserve trails are a 10 minute walk away. Views to downtown San Diego, the ocean, Coronado, Tijuana & Point Loma. Only 12 miles from the airport and downtown San Diego. Tucked away on cul-de-sac in a quiet and safe neighborhood with unlimited street parking and driveway space too. Private entrance. Easy freeway access.
