Gorgeous TOP Floor Penthouse ON the Bay with Sunset Views!

Welcome to our prime location penthouse condo with stunning bay views! The large windows in the living/dining area offer exceptional sit down vistas of the bay. We have recently renovated both bathrooms and did some upgrades throughout the unit (Please click youtube link below to check it out) The master bedroom features a king-sized bed. The third bedroom also has a king sized bed and has full size washer and dryer. The second bedroom has two queen sized beds, while the fourth bedroom is furnished with twin bunk beds, perfect for the kids. There are two full bathrooms, one in hallway and one in master bedroom. Everyone will have ample space and convenience.

Our condo is ideally situated just a few steps away from the bay and park, making it an ideal choice for families. You'll have the opportunity to enjoy nightly fireworks provided by Sea World, adding a touch of magic to your evenings!

For relaxation and adventure, take a short stroll on the boardwalk to the Catamaran Hotel, where you can indulge in a spa treatment or rent bikes, kayaks, and more. In addition, you'll find a variety of restaurants, coffee shops, and a convenient corner store within walking distance, ensuring you have everything you need nearby.

To make your beach experience even better, we provide boogie boards, beach towels, beach chairs, and sand toys. And when it's time to fire up the grill, we've got you covered with a BBQ. Stay connected with our free Wi-Fi throughout your stay.

We can't wait to welcome you to our vacation rental, where you'll enjoy the perfect combination of comfort, convenience, and breathtaking views!

Amazing! Gorgeous!

This was the perfect stay for our family of 8. The house was adorable, clean and had everything we could need or want. The view was incredible and we were in walking distance to restaurants and the ocean! We definitely recommend this place and would certainly stay again!

Family vacation

I rented two units. The Penthouse and the unit below. I had 20 people in my party. Everyone had plenty of space. The units were exactly the way it was pictured. Very clean. Great location. I will definitely book again next year for our family vacation again.

Perfect Spot

We loved the bay access and all the toys you need to play with! Host was so easy to communicate with and respond quickly. Parking was a plus in this area!

Great bayside location

Would highly recommend staying here if you're looking in the Mission/Pacific Beach area. The bay is less crowded and just a handful of steps outside your door. The unit is clean, has great views, and an unbeatable ocean breeze.

Great Time on Mission Bay

Great location, fabulous walking for miles on the beach sidewalk out front. Unit is a clean simple unit with nice beach vibe furnishings, great views! We really enjoyed our stay. Had fun checking out all the beach cafes on Pacific and Mission Beaches, good food And margaritas!

Incredible view and soooo close to Sea World! There was plenty of space for the 9 of us (4 adults and 5 kids aged 16 to 8). Shannon was very responsive. Parking is tandem and very very tight, so we barely fit with a minivan and a Tahoe. If you can rent smaller SUVs or cars, that will be helpful. Also, the washer continues to have problems with the spin cycle (noted on an 11/24 review) so expect to do very small loads of laundry and not back to back loads. We managed just fine, but did overload it a few times and it makes a horribly loud and scary noise when the drum is off. Would absolutely stay here again!

The family trip to San Diego was exciting, educational, exhilarating and exhausting (with 2 little ones). Shannon was an attentive host and very responsive. The condo was perfectly located to enjoy the beach, the bay and San Diego attractions (Zoo, Balboa Park museums, Midway and La Jolla seals).

Amazing location

Beautiful beach and bay view. Great area for walking and people watching. Loved leaving windows open to feel the cool breeze off the bay. We had an issue with ants in the kitchen area; management quickly responded. Overall great place.

Great Visit!

Nice location of property. Was great to open the shades and see the water and folks walking/riding bikes, etc. Nice to have the lawn chairs/Towels/boogie boards available. Unfortunately, it was a little too cool, we didn't get into the water. Also nice to have a coffee shop within walking distance and other restraunts.

absolutely perfect

This property was graciously outfitted, centrally located, and perfect for our stay. We had a 12 passenger van and were able to park in our spot. Only trouble was the new clothes washer didn't spin so laundry was a bit of a challenge, but nothing we couldn't deal with. Property contact was very responsive and offered several options to fix the washer. We enjoyed the views of the bay and beach access.

Enjoyed our stay immensely.

The condo was everything we expected and more. We traveled with a 7-month-old infant and the condo had a high chair a portable crib a bouncer and toys for her which was really helpful. It also helped that beach chairs boogie boards in an umbrella or available for us to take with us to the beach. The only complaint I have is that the elevator wasn't operating and I have bad knees other than that everything was great. I would highly recommend this place.

The condo needs to be refreshed. It is not nearly as clean, bright and cheerful as it appears in the pictures which are out of date. Also, the bathroom storage was non existent.

Location Location Location

This house has the perfect location if you're looking for a beach house. Is it a bay so the waters are calm for the little ones. They have all kinds of sand toys for the littles so you don't need to purchase your own. They have a paddle board and a kayak and everything you need to enjoy your time on the beach. The view alone is worth a million bucks. There are a few improvements that need to be made...better pots and pans would be nice and a little better seating in the living room would be nice too but that's it. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and Shannon as the host went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay!!!

Great location and space

Great location, right on they bay. Beautiful views. The patio is a great place to hang out and so nice there is a kayak and paddle board for use. Couple of minor things to be aware of: the bed in the bedroom is VERY soft. The shower has very low pressure and the showerhead is positioned low so if you are tall it's a bit of an experience to wash your hair. The shower towels are also for small people. The oven didn't work so if you are going to want that, ask Fred to check on it before you come. Kitchen didn't have some very basic things like salt! Ask ahead if you are planning that something will be in place. Also the entrance to the parking spot is over the curb. Usually there aren't many cars there so we could go around without jumping the curb, but a couple of times we had to jump it and that was not pretty with our small and low-to-the-ground rental car. We looked at a lot of other VRBO's (from the outside) while we were there and definitely thought we had the best spot. We'd come back for sure.
