Had a wonderful stay at home! Everything was comfortable, clean, and relaxing. It was the perfect place to unwind and enjoy some much-needed time away. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

The very few things we encountered that could have been perceived as a "negative", were minimal. My husband is a clean-freak, so all retal properties meet his expectations and we fully plan to clean and organize before we unpack. The grill was hardly in working order and one of the burner on the stove didnt work, but their response was fast and they tried to make it right. (Hopefully in time for the next family that stays here)Surf and sound was wonderful in communication and letting us extend our stay (and not live in the car on the side of the road for 3 days while waiting for an emergency ferry with our young children). Some other vacationers who booked through other companies didnt have that option, and for that we are beyond thankful. The NorEaster may have ruined some people vacations- but it added a level of fun and adventure that will stay with us forever. Hands down- the best vacation yet! You helped to make my daughters first beach and ocean experience one for the record books. Thank you!! We will absolutely be back!

Probably one of the worst places we have stayed. When we arrived the house smelled severely like mold/ mildew. The vents were covered with dust and mold. Walls were severely water damaged. Light fixtures were full of mold/ dirt. The blue chair had a greasy film on it. There was gum stuck to the wall in the kitchen. Every picture, the thermostat, all door frames and baseboards had a thick layer of dust on them. Vertical walls had dust and sticky substances stuck to them. The listing states that linens were included but there was not one dish towel or dish rag. There were exposed rusty nails sticking out in the look out deck and in the outdoor shower. Management sent out cleaners a second time due to us complaining because we have a child with asthma, even after they left the second time there was still a thick layer of dust on door frames and pictures. They were supposed to send out a dehumidifier and never did. We have filed formal complaints and sent over 30 images to surf or sound and we were told it could take up to 2 weeks to review if they do anything.

We understand how important a clean and comfortable environment is for every guest. We do want to clarify that our team remained in communication with you and worked promptly to address the concerns reported. The air vents were cleaned, the air filter was replaced, additional areas around the vents were cleaned, loose screws were re-secured, and the property received additional dusting and cleaning, including under the beds and on the armchair. These efforts were completed within a couple of days of receiving your communication, if not sooner. We also issued a refund in response to the concerns raised. We regret that the condition of the home affected your stay, but we appreciate the opportunity to address the issues that were brought to our attention and will share your additional feedback with the appropriate teams for review.

Location was great

Location was great. House was perfect size. However we had roaches the whole time. Surf and Sound tried to address the situation but we still have live roaches in the kitchen on the last day of our stay. This house needs to be bombed for bugs or thoroughly sprayed.

Place was amazing but couldn't use the charcoal grill.

The charcoal grill should be removed from the listing amd needs replaced. We brought charcoal and all kinds of foods to grill but when we removed the cover the bottom is almost rotted out so we were unable to use it. Other than that the place was amazing and would definitely stay there again.
