Multiple seating areas are strategically positioned around the private pool, which is completely covered by the elevated home and deck. There’s also an outdoor dining table and room to grill your fresh catch or some Texas ribeye steaks.

Head upstairs to the large main level deck for more cozy seating, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee. The wall of windows welcomes you inside, where you’ll find bright & airy open living & dining spaces. A bold teal couch and comfortable side chairs, all in luxe fabrics are the perfect spots to catch up on your favorite shows or family stories. The nearby dining table seats 10 comfortably with a mix of chairs and bench seating. 4 additional guests can pull up a stool at the kitchen’ breakfast bar, complete with a waterfall edge countertop. The en suite full bath features a large trough-style sink and a luxurious walk-in shower with double shower heads and built-in benches. PARKING
Parking is available for up to 4 vehicles in the private driveway of this home. Per HOA rules, street parking is not allowed.

LINENS & STARTER SUPPLIES KIT
We want to help get your trip off to an easy start, so you’ll find a set of starter supplies at your home when you arrive: a roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, dishwashing soap, and shampoo, conditioner, lotion and hand soap for the bathrooms. For longer vacations, please plan to bring your favorite brands with you.
Sheets & bath towels are included with every reservation. Housekeeping places freshly laundered linens in the home before every arrival and will collect any used linens after you depart.
