Thank you for your feedback and for choosing to stay with us. We’re glad you found the home comfortable, well-located, and that you enjoyed the privacy and quiet of the neighborhood. We appreciate your patience as we worked to resolve concerns during your stay. We responded promptly by replacing the cookware and addressing the AC, including the installation of a brand-new compressor during your visit to ensure guest comfort. Regarding the deck railing, monthly inspections are conducted and repairs are promptly made when issues are identified. While we understand your safety concerns, we do want to clarify; pets are not permitted on the property as stated in our house rules and children must be supervised around all water features. The hot tub has been fully serviced and is in working order. Your input helps us continue to improve, and we’re grateful for the opportunity to address these matters both during and after your stay.

Nothing makes us happier to share our home than reflections and reviews like yours. We love our house and think it is one of the best places to make memories. We can't wait to host you again!

We are delighted to hear that you were able to enjoy these aspects of your stay despite the challenges you encountered. Regarding the dark house upon your arrival, we understand your concern and we apologize for any inconvenience caused. Our intention in closing the storm shutters was to maximize the cooling effect for your arrival. We do provide hard copy and digital in the cottage book and through our hospitality app. We also apologize for the delay in addressing the cleanliness of the pool. While we strive to maintain our facilities to the highest standards, we understand that unforeseen circumstances can occur. We appreciate your patience, and we have taken steps to address the issues with the pool and pool deck maintenance to prevent such occurrences in the future. Regarding the microwave, we deeply regret the inconvenience caused by its sudden malfunction. Despite our efforts to provide a replacement promptly, we understand that the logistics of the island presented challenges in sourcing a new microwave immediately. We are grateful for your understanding and resourcefulness in utilizing alternative cooking methods during your stay. We acknowledge your concerns about the wear and tear on the property, including the condition of the window shutters, deck, and porch structure. While we strive to maintain our property to the best of our ability, we understand that certain elements may show signs of aging over time. We appreciate your positive comments about the location, comfort of the beds, and effectiveness of the air conditioning.
