LOCATION LOCATION!! Excellent walking neighborhood in Cary. Fenced back yard. Walk to local restaurants and shopping! Or walk along the paved trail, or take a dip in the pool. Lounge in our backyard while the kids play on play set. Large open floor plan, first level bedroom and full bathroom, two separate TV rooms, one on each floor. Light filled upper level primary room or main floor 2nd primary. Full size bathroom and bedroom on main level.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Used bath & kitchen towels in washer, small soap + vinegar, turn on machine "quick wash" leave them
Put used sheets & pillowcases on floor-LEAVE BED COVERS ON BED. PET OWNERS-see checkout list in pet basket-do not mix pet sheets or any pet hair items with bed sheets
Double bag all trash & tie top closed-no gaps. Dispose in outside bins. Clean & put away all dishes-no dishes left in washer or out. PET OWNERS-see pet checkout list in pet basket
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
NO event, gatherings, B-Day's, get togethers, booking for friends/family/others no added visitors, no wedding or prewedding groups- $500 violation fee
CHECK OUT-sheets/pillowcases washed then put in dryer, towels in washer turn on-leave. $75 linen fee refundable. Pans/knives/clean by hand. Trash out
Violations-trailer/RV-$200, trash left/leak, dirty dishes or left in washer, remote/pool $50, pet hair on furniture/pet waste $150, smoke or odor $500
