This house near downtown Milwaukie is ideal for a long stay and offers the perfect combination of beauty and convenience. with a secluded, peaceful, and lovely neighborhood :), it has the amenities needed for your stay. very large fully equipped kitchen, toaster, crook pots, baking dishes, separate refrigerator, and pantry area.
Two full bathrooms, a lovely backyard for relaxing, we have a gardener that comes every week.
This is a well-established neighborhood, safe and quiet. 3 miles away from Downtown Milwaukie where you can visit restaurants and stores, and also enjoy the Willamette river view.

The first night we froze as the wall thermostat was non functional… after texting the owner he turned up the wall units from 60 degrees to 63. Then finally told us about the wall mounted units. The last night we were there, he played ping pong heat with us 8 times where we tried to turn up the heat and he apparently kept turning it off!

Thank you for your feedback. I’d like to clarify a few points for future guests. Clear instructions and house rules were provided prior to arrival. The home is equipped with wall-mounted heating units, all of which were fully functional during the stay. When the guest reached out, I responded immediately by adjusting the temperature remotely and sending a photo. Despite this, the heaters were later increased to 87°F, which caused the system to shut off automatically for safety reasons. I have documented with photos at the time. Regarding the comment about “turning off the heat,” the heating system self-regulates when overheated; no one was manually turning it off. Additionally, parking instructions were not followed, as the guest repeatedly parked in the driveway instead of the clearly designated parking space outlined in the house rules. I always respond promptly and make every effort to ensure guests are comfortable. However, comfort preferences can vary. I encourage future guests to carefully review the house instructions and reach out with any questions, I’m always happy to assist.

I really only slept here, although it was hot the apt stayed relatively cool. Great as a granny flat.

The property looked exactly like the photos listed, and it is located in a quiet neighborhood close to a shopping center. The owner was very responsive to my family's needs whenever I requested something. The property was generally very clean overall, with just some minor issues like a few pieces of hair here and there and some ants, which were not a big deal.

Additionally, a large mall is conveniently situated within a 2-mile radius, ensuring that everything you may require is within reach.

Furthermore, the neighborhood's proximity to major freeways facilitates swift and hassle-free access to the airport. What's more, the bustling downtown of Portland is a mere 7 miles away, making it easily accessible for those who want to explore the city's vibrant offerings. Overall, the neighborhood's serene ambiance, convenience, and accessibility are what I appreciate most about it.
