Bring comfort to a new level with a fully- stocked kitchen, spacious bedrooms, bathrooms with modern showers, and a drawer full of games. This newly built condo, 2022, offers all the comforts of home with a downtown convenience. Year-round activities within a short walk-hike, swim, fish, miniature golf, snowmobile, snow shoe and XC ski. A short drive to downhill ski and golf are a few options to complete your experience.

Please send a message when checked out, this prompts the cleaning company to resent for our next arriving guests.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

I rate this rental A plus in all categories.it is decorated beautifully but with a homey ambience and is stocked with anything you could need- hair dryers, shampoo, dishwasher soap - any of those things you will be happy to have for a week stay. It looks down on the main commercial area of the town and is less than a 15 minutes walk to anyplace you might want to visit. The owners are very gracious and helpful. It couldn’t be better.

We loved the cute town of Grand Lake as a hub for hiking in RMNP and Arapaho Natl Park (Monarch Lake) as well as kayaking on the lake. So beautiful here! The condo is very nice and is in a great location. Got quite lively outside on Friday evening due to a band playing nearby, but other than that it was pretty quiet. The HUB coffee shop was so nice to have right downstairs for great coffee and pastries. We will be back to Grand Lake!

From our deck you can enjoy many things, the view of the mountains, the lake, and if you happen to be here when fireworks are displayed, you will have the BEST view.
