This place was perfect for our stay in Puerto Rico. The beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of blankets which was perfect. It had beach chairs and towels that were very useful. This condo was in a perfect location for all the fun activities we had planned and there were a lot of great restaurants right in the area too. Our family would highly recommend staying here.

We enjoyed the balcony, the terrace, the view and the location. The pool and basketball court were a great addition for the grandkids. The host was very responsive and helpful, and we appreciated the excellent supply of linens, soaps, and even spices in the kitchen.

Apartment had everything we needed for our stay. Space was clean and quiet. We didn’t use the amenities onsite although we intended on using the basketball court. We spent most days exploring.

Amazing stay with the view

We were a group of 6 and the place was just perfect for all our needs! Very clean, all items new, kitchen well-stocked, super-powerfull A/C! The rooftop area is very relaxing with breathtaking views and a full bath!

Perfect Getaway

Was very much in need of a vacation and this location made the perfect getaway possible. Perfect location, very clean, friendly staff, and the view of the ocean was amazing. Sherry was always so quick with her responses if I had questions and super nice. Would recommend staying here to any and everyone

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The apartment was perfectly clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed and more. The photos on the listing are great, and beautifully taken but they don't even do it full justice—the space is actually way much more spacious and beautiful in person, and the views are absolutely breathtaking. The host was very accommodating and replied promptly to all of our messages. If I had more stars to give, I would! This place is definitely worth it, and we would love to stay here again. I’ve already shared this place with both my sister and my brother so when they come to Puerto Rico or this area they can stay here.

Great apartment, great communication with host. The roof patio is a highlight! It's not part of Grand Rio Mar, but guests should know that the Rio Mar beach is public - you'll just have to drive to it and pay for parking at the resort. Very convenient for El Yunque and bioluminescent bay tours.

Wonderful place to stay!

The apartment is spacious and clean and well stocked. We had a family of 5 with one teenager and everyone enjoyed it. We had nice mornings and evenings on the roof deck. host was very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend staying here! Short drive to rainforest, beaches, a cozy place to come home and crash after a fun day of adventure.

Great stay

My husband and I came to PR to celebrate our birthdays, Hillside Breeze was a great location, close to food, beaches stores and the neighborhood felt safe. The condominium was very spacious, very clean and well stocked with things you need at a home away from home. Sherry was a great host, she was informative m, communicated well and made sure to accommodate the needs we asked of her. When we come back again I’d definitely stay here again.

Overall it was a pleasant stay. The leak in the master bathroom caused flying bug to come through the drain, enhance our 4 star rating on cleanliness. The rest of the property was clean.

An absolute Bang for your Buck

The Penthouse was better than advertised! Quiet, private neighborhood. Mildly secluded, but not far from life on the island. Amazing view. The Hostess was very patient and responsive, which made a huge difference at times when we needed a little extra help. Highly recommended!!!

Great Place!

Our stay at this property was pretty much perfect. The unit is very spacious, clean, and very good location for everything we wanted to do. It’s a great location in general, but we wanted to be a little bit east so we could access the ferry to Vieques, which was super easy. The check in process was easy and the responsiveness and communication with the host throughout the week was great. I’d highly recommend staying here if you visit Puerto Rico, don’t beat yourself up looking at tons of options. This place is awesome. Slept 5 people with absolutely no issues. I want to come back to PR soon and I will definitely book here again.

Fantastic trip

The condo is great, met all our needs, very clean. Would defiantly book again.The air conditioning throughout the condo was a plus, a lot of listings only say in bedrooms. Equipped kitchen, beach towels and chairs made things easy. Only one suggestion, to have a tea kettle. Finding condo and access was very easy. The communication with property manager was great. Several very good bakeries, grocery stores and food places near by. We look forward to coming back next year!
