Sanitary/Health Concerns:- On the initial night of our stay, all of the knobs in the bathrooms (bathtub, sinks) had to be jostled loose to function, as if they had not been moved or taken care of in months.- We tightened the water stoppers by hand as they were all loose.- The water sealant foam is fully expanded and breaking from the tile and spouts in all of the bathroom tubs.- There are obvious signs of water damage throughout the condominium, which is accompanied by a lingering mildew smell that encapsulates the entire home.- The faucet in the kitchen is loose, when the sink needs to be used, we are afraid that turning on the water will cause it to fall off.- The various toys and boardgames left for the guest use is riddled with mold; as a result, we left it outside in a bag to be decontaminated.- When we moved the checkers board outside, a roach crawled out. (This is not an exaggeration.)- There is mold on the shower curtains in secondary upstairs bathroom, as well as the downstairs shower.- The couches are stained; I cannot identify what the stain is.Other findings:- There are multiple light fixtures in the home that do not work, especially the ones in the patio which prevented us from utilizing the balcony, as well as caused security concerns.- Utilizing the water heater will trip the breaker.- Doors in the house do not close unless you specifically hold the door handle in a particular fashion, some locks do not work.- The closet door in the secondary bat
