Guest access
Guests will have full, private access to the entire penthouse, including the rooftop terrace. A lockbox with keyless entry makes check-in easy and flexible.

You’ll also have access to the community amenities (pool, tennis court, basketball court, playground) and two reserved parking spaces. A supply closet with basic cleaning items (mop, broom, etc.) will also be available for your use during the stay.

Other things to note
• Check-in / Check-out: Check-in after 3 PM, check-out by 11 AM. Entry is self check-in via lockbox for your convenience.

• Community guidelines: Please respect pool and common area rules. Pool closes at 9 PM.

• Rooftop terrace: The terrace is private and exclusive to the unit. Children must be supervised at all times.

• Tropical environment: As with most Caribbean locations, occasional insects are possible despite regular pest control.

• Cleaning supplies: A supply closet with mop, broom, and basics is available for guest use.

• Parties & events: Not permitted. The property is for registered guests only.

• Smoking: Not permitted inside the unit or on the rooftop terrace. Additional cleaning charges will apply if evidence of smoking is found.

• Occupancy: Maximum of 6 registered guests. No unregistered visitors are allowed overnight.

• Pets: No pets allowed.

• Parking: Two reserved spaces are included with your stay.

• Building updates: Our condominium is currently undergoing exterior painting and common area improvements.
