Enjoy life in a newer home with upgrades galore, no rear neighbors in a beautiful neighborhood. An upgraded front courtyard greets you as you enter this well maintained, split floor plan home. The modern kitchen has stainless appliances, water filtration, a walk-in pantry, and an upgraded island that opens up into a spacious and inviting great room. The primary bedroom features a bump-out bay window, spa-like bath with a 2-head walk-in shower, roomy walk-in closet, and dual sinks with tasteful finishes. The second and third bedrooms share a good-sized second bathroom. Ceiling fans in every room. (Use of the heated pool, clubhouse, tennis requires 30 day lease and small keycard fee).

Beautiful house!

This is the best house we’ve rented thru VRBO and the other rental site. Beautiful house in a nice quiet community. Clean and spacious. Kitchen is well stocked with all the essentials you would need. Beds are super comfy! Barry is a great host.

Winter Getaway

Beautiful home, nice location, friendly and safe neighborhood. Walking trails wonderful and many activities to take advantage of within the area. Hosts readily available. A couple upgrades that would be nice are bigger beds in guest rooms and sharp kitchen knives.

Family Reunion and Wedding

Shirley was super friendly and responsive to my questions. The house could not have been cleaner and it was perfect for my family members - from a 1 year old up to grandparents. It has everything you need and then some. We would absolutely stay there again.

Nice clean home

We enjoyed our stay. The house was lovely and close to our daughters home which was a plus. The only downside was no satellite or cable tv. The owners expect you to use your own apps ( we had none as we use satellite at home). Therefore we had no access to local or National news or any of the sports channels That was our only disappointment.

And the Golf Club at Johnson Ranch is 15 minutes. You can also enjoy the many shopping and attractions in the area including: Queen Creek Marketplace; San Tan Village Mall; The Olive Mill; San Tan Flats; The Windmill Winery; Casa Grande Ruins National Monument; all that Gold Canyon has to offer - hiking, horseback riding, golfing, ATVing, and more.
