Terrasol is one of the only 'full ownership' resorts on the beach in Cabo San Lucas.
This unit is located on a private beach and is ideal for families with kids or just a romantic getaway. This unit is one of the best locations in the entire complex, feet in the sand! It is fully remodeled with a Mexican flair to make you feel like you are on vacation in Mexico! - Displayed with granite counters, walk-in showers, each room has its own AC controls. The condo has direct internet access & wifi, flat-screen TV with smart TV access. Full kitchen with basic amenities, coffee/coffee pot, paper towels, TP, microwave. Washer/Dryer w detergent, toilet paper, iron, beach towels, BBQ. We have blow up beds to accommodate up to 6 guests

NOT ALL RENTAL HAVE THE SUPPLIES LISTED ABOVE LIKE THIS UNIT.

Great Views, Great access to pool, 24 hour gated security. There are two pools, Swim up bar, Outdoor restaurant. You are only a five minute walk to downtown Cabo. Endless activities!

Great place

Loved it, particularly the proximity to pool, palapa, and beach -- and lack of crowds. Also short walk to marina and easy access to Ubers.

Great Place

The place is in the perfect location. Just steps from the pool with the swim up bar and a short 1 minute walk to the beach (not a swimming beach - but great to sit and watch the sun and stroll). The beds were very comfortable and everything was as it was listed.

Great Location

This place is perfect for families. It is very close to the Marina and a short walk to Downtown Cabo. The resort is low key and the food and drinks at the Palapa were great. We walked 5 minutes to the public beach which was great. The pictures are accurate.

Great Marlin fishing.

We love Terrasol. Great location. 3 trip to these condos. This trip was filled with surprises. Bathroom had water leak from ceiling the entire stay. I hope it is repairef soon. Great location for beach and whale watching.

Beautiful location

The property, location, pools and condo are truly incredible. The palapa bar was great. It was truly relaxing. We were here during hurricane Norma and the North family was very hospitable with helping us find alternate housing to be safe during the storm. Of course things were tough after the storm as they were in the whole city. We would come back.

Wonderful vacation!

This condo was just as described. I loved the decor and it was very clean and very well maintained/stocked. The view is amazing - we spent many hours relaxing on the patio watching the whales spraying, jumping and tail slapping as well as admiring the beautiful colors the sunsets/sunrises created for us. The location is perfect being steps from the palapa restaurant/swim up bar and beach. Walking to the marina is easy and most restaurants there are only a 15 minute walk. We also walked to the Selecto grocery store (probably 20-25 minutes) and took a taxi back - very convenient! Overall, we absolutely loved everything about it and hope we can stay at this exact spot should we return to Cabo.

Beautiful condo with beach views

We needed an additional condo for our annual trip to Cabo, and this condo was a great place to add another couple. It could have easily accommodated 2 couples if need be. As a business person, I believe that the greatest measurement of service is how we face a challenge. We had 2 small issues on the first day that were immediately addressed by the homeowner. Not only was I impressed with the timeliness of response, but also in the friendly and professional manner it was handled.We will definitely rent this condo again. It was updated, well appointed, close to the beach and palapa bar and has great views. Hats off to the condo owner as well for great service!

Additional fees

The listing stretches the truth a bit, such as I couldn’t see evidence of a recent remodel, but the unit did look just like the photos. It’s a beautiful, peaceful location, short walk to the pier. The condo was comfortable and well stocked. I was disappointed that the listing says there may be resort fees. When you get there, the check in paperwork and instructions in the condo, tell you what the resort fees are. There are definitely resort fees, you should fix the listing.

Family vacation with adult children

The condo was in an amazing location. The 1st thing we saw as we walked out on the deck upon arrival was a whale breaching. Zoey was very responsive and did everything she could to help us. what are you talking about? Where was that at? I had a lobster burrito there. That was pretty good. The first couple vines were very good but then I got into where the sauce was wherever I had that it was shrimp with with shrimp tacos, and it had that freaking avocado cream on it that was the best. I can’t remember where that was I think that was that might’ve been at the place on the beach at barracudas Wright mine was I think mine was super good there Collar.

A Memory forever in our hearts

This is my 3rd time staying at Terrasol. This by far was the best condo. Location was everything. Walk out the back and you have the pool and small restaurant steps away. A few more steps and you’re on the beach looking at the most amazing waves. We were lucky to see whales put on a show. Back to the condo which has everything you need. Zoey’s family really thought of everything you could need to feel like home and to be at a beach. If you are on the fence about staying here don’t be. Push that button and I promise you, you won’t regret it. We fell in love with Cabo all over again. Thank you North Family for allowing my family to enjoy your home away from home. Until next time Cabo you have our hearts!

Terrasol condo

While this is a nice condo I was greeted by a big cockroach. The water pressure in the building is a little low in general but there is a problem with the kitchen sink piping as the flow is barely a trickle. This makes it difficult to clean, fill pots or pitchers, etc. The toilet in the hall bath runs on from tank to bowl 24/7 and there are now several large black stains in the bowl, mold? The propane tank is empty for the BBQ. The BBQ might be missing some grill parts too. There is no one on site to help with this type of issue. We were not able to use the BBQ at all during our week stay. When I tried to contact the owner, voicemail box was full and no response from email. Still haven't heard back from them. Be careful . . .

Perfect way to ring in the new year

Location is perfect! Steps away from the palapa with wonderful reasonably priced food and drinks. Try the French toast or pancakes!!! And the cocktails were great!! Cesar and Dora were wonderful!! My husband and son went deep sea fishing and they cooked their catch right there for us. My adult family liked the the second pool away from bar and palapa. The view is amazing!! Plenty of lounge chairs always available. Condo is just as pictured and well appointed. Very clean and no bugs whatsoever. All air conditioners worked perfectly! Zoey is a wonderful host and this is was our second time at terrosol. First time we stayed was in condo “213” hosted by Zoey also. Another beautiful unit! We wanted to stay at this one as it was steps away from the beach! We loved it so much we have already booked for next year. The resort is quiet but only a 5 minute or so walk from downtown Cabo. We Always felt safe. We went to Walmart for groceries but there are plenty smaller stores to pick up things. Also there is a new big grocery store under the mall. It’s fantastic and next time will not make a Walmart stop. All and all we love, love, love Cabo and Terrosol resort!!

Love Terrasol!

This was our second time staying at the Terrasol resort. Loved this unit because it was just steps from the pool. It also had an amazing ocean view that we seen many whales from. The condo was clean and bug free. It was just as advertise, the bed was so comfy and the air conditioner was greatly appreciated. I’d definitely stay here again and again.

Great girls trip

We had a fantastic stay for three nights. The location was great. Beautiful beach (no swimming), great service at the pool bar, incredibly comfortable beds. We walked to the neighbor resort one day and had a fun time in the pool and enjoyed their happy hour drinks. Highly recommend this condo.

Amazing location, needs updating

The location of this property is amazing, however the property itself is in serious need of a deep cleaning and updating. The master bedroom air conditioner leaked water 24/7, forcing us to put the trash can under it to catch the water. There were ants all over the kitchen counters, floor, and In cabinets. There were multiple cockroaches in the kitchen and the dishwasher was full of moldy water and would not drain. The refrigerator was full of expired food and the pantry also had expired food. This property needs some fixes and fresh paint.

Beautiful view

Condo was nice and spacious. Plenty of room for a family of 6. Views from patio facing beach was awesome. TV didn’t always work. Might of been internet connection. Overall I would stay again in this condo.

the condo was cluttered and dirty. The pictures were outdated.

We had to leave the property due to sub standard conditions, ants on wall, clutter and black water on dishwasher. buyer/renter beware of this property! property owner promised a full refund. We have not gotten the refund in over one month later!!!!

My husband and I stayed there a week for our wedding anniversary, it was perfect. We will be back. We walked everywhere. The food at the bar was cheap and wonderful! Can’t say 1 bad thing about it

Could Have Stayed Forever

Love, Love, Love this unit. I had tried to book several times before, but I was always too late. Loved everything about it. Perfect Terrasol location. Very clean, WELL stocked, comfortable bed. Great communication with owner. Can't wait to go back

Amazing Location

This condo is located in the most perfect spot. The pictures are accurate- you have a nice large patio and once you step off you are into the sand. You have water views from so many windows. The house is nicely decorated with the tools you need to cook for a week. We were able to walk into town and never touch our car. The Palapa Bar is steps from the back door with great options for breakfast and lunch. Their drinks are really good! - they don't taste like inexpensive pool bar drinks. And the staff at the pool bar/restaurant are lovely and work really hard. This area of Cabo is secluded and it felt really safe. We will be back!

We get nothing but positive feed back our location pool side and ocean view and the clean and full amenities provided. People love the Mexican Decor and feel they get from this unit. Great for kids!

You get what you pay for in this resort. This is one of the only full ownership resorts located on a private beach in Cabo San Lucas. We stock this unit with all the basic needs. It is so relaxing, but yet you are still so close to all activities. Our renter like that we have all the basic amenities in our unit such as toilet paper, paper towels, coffee, detergent, beach towels. New Patio furniture and grill.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

We are known for having one of the BEST locations in the complex and for having the unit stocked with basic needs (not all units do this). There are not many direct 'pool side' units for rent in this resort. This is a nice convenient location and our renters love the easy access to pool and restaurant. You can see the ocean from the master bed. Feet in the sand patio.
