I have 3 condos available for rent from one of the very few condominium complexes that allow full ownership and are not Time Share. They are at Terrasol which is a beautiful and secluded area considered very quiet and relaxing. My wife and I have come to Cabo for many years. Through our time at Cabo, we have discovered great restaurants, best priced car rental, scuba shops, dinner cruises, and other resources and activities. There is an FAQ I have built which I can email you upon request. It provides some additional insight on what may be a good ideas, ways to avoid challenges or unnecessary costs to your vacation.

We discovered the Terrasol resort as our home away from home. It is a beautifully maintained, quiet, beach condo complex that is very inexpensive to rent and will not disappoint if you rent one of my newly renovated condos, or any others from Terrasol that have been recently renovated. Terrasol is the place to stay if you want peace-and-quiet while you are there and not party music all the time like many places at Cabo. Go out, have fun and come home to the peace-and-quiet atmosphere.
Terrasol includes a WONDERFUL Palapa restaurant and bar that has a swim-up bar adjoined to a swimming pool. There is also a fountain wading pool, and a large lap pool that looks out to the ocean edge. Some guests have fished right off the beach at Terrasol and frequently have success. Bring the fish to the Palapa bar and they will clean and cook it for you. Terrasol is gated and secure and at a prime location on the beach facing the Pacific Ocean and 5-10 minutes walk to the marina to restaurants, scuba shops, fishing excursions (Marlin and other big sport fish), shopping and clubs. Or take an Uber if you like.
The exchange rate for pesos to dollars is VERY favorable and will give you quite a bargain for most all your activities.

CABO IS SAFE: Terrasol in particular is very safe. Gated for security but mostly just to keep solicitors out. Ask yourself if your city that you live in is safer than Cabo. Likely Cabo is much safer that most United States cities.
Many people stay at hotels and time share condos. The hotels are not near the marina or Lover’s Beach and most of the shops. The arch and Neptune’s Point is the most beautiful and significant area of Cabo San Lucas. This area extends from where the marina is located and will require a cab ride or very long walk to get to the marina if you are staying at the hotels which or further north. Most people are unaware that Terrasol exists at an optimum location on the beach facing the Pacific ocean where you can see and hear the magnificent waves crash on the shoreline from my Terrasol condos.

I OWN TERRASOL CONDO 235 which is listed on VRBO and located at the very front ocean edge (closest you can be to the ocean at this resort).
Very few condos at Cabo San Lucas are at this perfect location right at the ocean edge overlooking the sandy beach and Pacific ocean. From your patio you can watch the sunrise and sunset each day. You are so close, there is no need for binoculars to see the whales. We have completely renovated this condo and it is a spectacular 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom that is highly sought after for rental dates. We have our nightly rate very affordable and hope you will enjoy our condo as much as we do when we stay.

As mentioned before, these 2 other condos are next door to each other and have a great ocean view. They setup to accommodate 2 people and are regularly rented every year by people who specifically request them.
REQUIRED ADDITIONAL FEES:
Similar to most owned condos at Cabo, Terrasol has a nightly fee that you pay directly to the front desk which is $19.50 per night for 2 people, For every additional 2 people you add $5. This is not charged 'per person' but as a whole amount. Example 2 people will have $19.50 per night to pay total.
Terrasol also has a one-time cleaning fee of $25. All of these fees are paid by you at the front desk when you arrive.
I do have a $200 fully refundable damage deposit which I receive directly from you which can be paid by check or venmo.
After you make your reservation, I will contact you directly and go over all of this and I will send you an esign receipt which is the same doc that VRBO will send to you after you make your reservation. My receipt to you is your assurance that you have paid me this money.
