We would definitely stay here again! The condo is very spacious & clean. The location is perfect - walking distance to a beautiful beach and tons of amazing restaurants! The communication & customer service was incredible. We had one minor issue that was resolved extremely quickly and exceeded our expectations. The air conditioning works super well, and the pool is right outside the side door and the host provided beach towels too! The washer & dryer were an added bonus! Loved our time here :)

Omg‼I can’t express enough how pleasant our stay was. Very friendly atmosphere, great host, convenient and cost friendly. Clean and well equipped. Simone the host was like the neighbor you need. Easy going , compliant but not strict. I stayed for my bday but I can’t wait to bring my family back. It was a great experience. Wait wait The Beaches , the night life , I didn’t have any bad experiences and if it were any, I was too busy enjoying myself to notice. Going to the Bahamas - Book this house ‼

The suite was fantastic; clean, spacious and well appointed. We were close enough to walk to the beach and nearby grocery stores. We liked that we were far from downtown. Our neighbourhood was very quiet and felt safe. Carole is a great host! She is accommodating and responsive, even providing recommendations for things to see and places to go.

The property was clean and well kept, and communication with the host was excellent. As mentioned in a previous review, the water pressure is lacking, but I would chalk that up to local infrastructure, not the place itself. Also, it would be practical to pack extra washcloths and dish towels, these were in short supply for a party of four. The location is great, close enough to get downtown within 20 minutes, but far enough away to avoid cruise congestion. I would highly recommend Love Beach and Jaws Beach over Cable Beach and Junkanoo Beach. Although they do not have amenities like food and bathrooms, the beaches are pristine and perfect for swimming. The other two beaches have a litter problem, exasperated by day excursions from the cruise ships. If you are going to rent a car, I would recommend Drive Green which is within walking distance to the condo. Overall, would book again for a trip to Nassau.

We had an absolutely amazing week for our first time in Bahamas. Carole was great to deal with and was very quick to get back to us whenever we had a question. Everything in the unit was as described. The living space was fantastic and bedrooms were very comfortable. The location was ideal for being close to both major grocery stores as well as restaurants. Hopping on the bus to get to Cable Beach and downtown Nassau was extremely convenient and the best way to travel. Overall, this is somewhere I’d go back to without hesitation.

The host was great and very responsive to any questions or issues we had. We had two families of 4 and there was lots of room for everyone. The kitchen was fairly well stocked, has lots of pots and pans - a toaster would be a great addition. The location was perfect, close to multiple stores and beaches, easy to access transit and walking distance to Baha Mar. we would definitely recommend checking it out!

The Host is AMAZING. We were supposed to stay from Jan 16th to 23rd however we ended up extending our stay until the 25th. Carol was most accommodating and moved some reservations around to allow us to stay the extra 2 days. Our flight got cancelled for another 2 days due to weather and Carol once again accommodated us as well and we stayed in the same condo without having to move. I recommend this place hands down. Walking distance to grocery store, LCBO and other amenities.

Spacious, comfortable, welcoming, clean and basic essentials provided. Carole was great to work with and check on us daily. Cons: loud neighborhood at night, lots of dogs roaming and bark all night. Lots of traffic at night, it was really difficult to get a good nights sleep but should not something Carole can control. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and were much more comfortable here than we would have been in a hotel resort.

Property was great and in a perfect location. Couple of comments...there wasn't any soap dispensers in some of the bathrooms and no hand towels or mirror in the downstairs or top floors one. If you also have a salt and pepper shaker that'd be great,,,just some small things. We had a great time !

This was our second stay in this villa and it was just as nice and easy as the first time. Great location within walking distance of stores and some restaurants. Also only 5 min taxi or bus ride to Baha Mar resort and casino!
