Located in the heart of Puerto Nuevo. Bay and Ocean views from both floors and balcony. Beautiful beaches are near by. Lobster restaurants are 3 minutes away. Encanto, Splash, and Portales are 8 minutes away. Nightlife in rosarito is just a 10 minute drive. House is beautifully located in the center of it all. Cerró del coronel hiking trail also 5 minutes away. Note; garage is not accessible

Close driving distance to Valle de Guadalupe, Puerto Nuevo lobster row, playa la misión, rosarito, Encanto, Portales, Splash. Easy access from the border. Built in 2020 the home is pretty new

What makes this property unique

Cozy home with air conditioning, heating, comfy mattresses, newly furnished about a year ago. Plenty of secure parking with one entrance/exit street
