Peaceful stay!

The place was amazing! The house has everything you need and I had good communication with the host. The neighborhood is very quiet and clean. The ocean view is beautiful!!

Beautiful home and Location

I took my family for a 3-night stay. It’s a big beautiful home with access to pool and beach. Great restaurants down the street, Los portales and Splash, and a couple others. The gated neighborhood is peaceful. The staff of guards are very friendly. I would love to comeback.

Loved our stay

Eva’s house was perfect for our vacation, the place was clean and plenty big for our group of 7. The house is located in a safe gated neighborhood with 24 hour security. And the host was also really friendly, and quick to respond our messages. Would definitely stay there again.

Second time staying in this AMAZING Home!!

Let me just start by saying this was our second time booking this home, we absolutely love the home! Its spacious, safe and clean! You will have everything you need to entertain your family, the beach is literally walking distance. Eva response quick and check in is super easy. We are definitely going to book again.

Awesome Home

The family and I were very happy with the rental. The pictures don't do it justice. The home very spacious for our group of 10. 3 bathroom for our group was a plus. The roof top patio with furniture and awesome view of the ocean. The home very nicely decorated. We will recommend Eva Morrison home to our friends.

I don’t recommend

First off all when we arrived it the house was was freezing cold , we turned on the heaters but they were not enough & at the first night our kids catch a cold ;( secend the electricity went out numerous times & was very frustrating;( also the sheets & blankets were so dirty that u could smell the dirt & at the end the owner was trying to chsrch us extra for something nonsense… so overall we didn’t v a good experience & I do not recommend this place to anyone .

Amazing spot!

We absolutely loved this place. The house was perfect for 10 guests (except there is not a bunk bed like the photos, but that wasn’t a problem). The gate security was great and the host was very responsive and helpful. We will absolutely be back! Very safe and peaceful community close to some amazing restaurants too.

Rosarito spring break

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It is located whiting walking distance to the private beach, nice and quiet gated community. House has access to the roof where the bbq grill is located and one can also enjoyed the stunning sunset. Eva was very helpful with the accommodations. Wll recommen this property to any one one who is looking to stay at this location.

Very nice place ! Highly recommended

This place was great ! Eva is a great host.. only thing from the pictures, we were expecting the bunk beds for the 2 adult single males we took... Good thing they were brothers , cause there was no bunk bed... The community is the best, the beach walk is about 5 min with lots of steps, i enjoyed it, maybe not so much the elderly , but all in all a wonderful amazing place !!!

Beautiful Location! Wonderful Home

House is located in a gated community, felt safe and comfortable. Security patrolled at night, Eva was a wonderful host with a beautiful home. Walk to the beach was no more then 5 mins and a Good exercise up and down stairs. House was clean, kitchen appliances and equipment was high quality, made coming a breeze! Rooms were wonderful great for our family and the couples. Will definitely be coming again soon!

Amazing place

Our family stayed 3 days at this house and had the best family vacation. The house is amazing. The rooftop has spectacular views and you can walk right down to the beach which is not crowded at all. Restaurants are a short drive to get local seafood and margaritas.

Amazing summertime weekend (epic sunset view)

Loved the stay in the Campo Lopez area. Communication was excellent with the owners. Gate security was nice and helpful and with their nightly watch through the neighborhood maybe us feel safe. Pantry was stocked with all necessities (spices,cup,plates) plenty of room for Adults to eat and hangout. Rooftop was the highlight of the house, epic sunsets views! Overall had a great time

PUERTA DEL MAR is very quiet & peaceful. We are a gated community on the oceanfront, with a beautiful sandy beach. Several nice restaurants close by and the wine valley is a short 45 minute drive thru the countryside just south and east of here.

You will have COMPLETE PRIVACY, Master bedroom has a Cal King bed-sized, other rooms Queen bed sized, Full Kitchen, granite countertops, counts with refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, blender for your use, as well as a Smart TV and Wi-Fi. A beautiful terrace on the roof top with BBQ area for you and your family to enjoy the blue ocean and beautiful sunsets.
