Absolutely amazing

very amazing and lovely home equipped with everything you need. A nice comfortable beds and bathrooms , great host and there when you need them communication was great , Very nice and wants to share all she/he knows about the area. We had a great stay! Very clean and spacious check in process was amazing beautiful neighborhood beautiful homes overall spacious

Nice Property!

Overall the house was beautiful! The interior was modern. The host was very professional, responded quickly, and helpful. Very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The property location is about 20-30 minutes from downtown Atlanta and 10-15 minutes from the airport. We loved the basement area with the separate living area. Railings would have be great for going to the upstairs area and especially for the basement area. Would definitely recommend this property.

Hard Beds

Overall great except all the beds where hard as a rock. Couple of my employees complained about how hard the bed mattress. I had to sleep on the downstairs sofa because I could not sleep on the none of the beds.

We appreciated the host’s effort to accommodate our group when an unexpected HVAC issue came up at the original property. The alternative home provided plenty of space for our group, and overall, it was clean and more comfortable from a space and cleanliness standpoint than the property we stayed at the previous year.The biggest challenge was the timing of the change. We were already in route when we were notified and asked to move to a different property. Although the replacement home was larger and presented as an upgrade, it was farther from our intended destination, which required us to adjust some of our plans and added additional travel time. We understand that unexpected maintenance issues can happen, and we appreciated the host finding a solution rather than canceling our stay.The neighborhood and surrounding community were pleasant, and we had no issues during our stay. The home comfortably accommodated our group and gave us the room we needed.A couple of areas could use some attention. The mattresses were quite soft and could benefit from replacement or upgrading, and some of the towels did not appear to be as clean as expected. Addressing those items would make a noticeable difference in the guest experience.Overall, we appreciated the host’s willingness to work with us and provide an alternative property on short notice. With a few improvements and, ideally, earlier communication when changes are necessary, this could be a very good option for larger group
