BOOK YOUR STAY NOW FOR THIS FALL, WINTER, SPRING AND NEXT SUMMER!! THIS CONDO WAS FULLY REMOLDED MAY 19 , 2025. This oceanfront condo is ground floor at the Sea Gypsy in Lincoln City. Vacation get away to this cozy open floor concept condo. You will have a front row seat for each unique sunset!!! After a long day on the beach you can make meals in this fully stocked all new kitchen, where you still have a clear view of the beach and ocean. As evening comes and the amazing sunset is starting, you can have a bonfire on the lite beach until well past dark. You can end any fun filled by day watching a movie or show, read a book then fall into the comfortable pull out queen sofa sleeper queen bed in the front suite. Let the sounds of the ocean crashing on the sand calm you to sleep. Or if you choose there is also the second queen bed in the private bedroom with it own private full bathroom.
Wake in the morning to the sight of the beautiful blue Pacific Ocean, and get ready for another great day!!! The 7 mile flat sandy beach right out front is the location where the finder keeper glass balls are hidden, always a fun time to try to find one. Perhaps today you and the kids take a break and swim in the large indoor heated salt water pool,You can swim or play for hours and still have time to go on hikes or maybe kayak in the D lake across the street. There are many beach stores within walking distance or a short 5 minute drive to the shopping mall. Your stay will go fast and you will look forward to your next stay before you even head home. This condo sleeps four.
There is a maximum of 28 nights rental at one time. Then you must vacate the premises.

Condo was excellent. We loved the update, the artwork, and the furniture. Great view of the ocean. Overall we loved everything about our stay.

The kitchen was great... we did not find any pot holders, so we used a kitchen towel to get stuff out of the oven. We did NOT go anywhere close to the pool, so I really can't rate it. We loved the location and walked the beach numerous times.

Kitchen was ok. No pool that I saw. The TV kept losing connection with the internet so was very disturbing and annoying. Would have preferred regular channels.

Mom/daughter trip

My daughter and I stayed here while we were on our mom/daughter trip to celebrate her 21st birthday. We walked in and were so happy to see such a beautiful and clean condo. She got her own bedroom and bathroom and I took the sofa bed in the main living area but also had my own bathroom. The kitchen had everything we needed and all the appliances and kitchen items were good quality and made it a pleasure to cook there. We were very comfortable and happy staying here and Patty was great at communicating. We will definitely stay here again!

Loved the views of the beach and the sound of the waves at night. Great central location for day trips both north and south. The property manager is super responsive and check in/out was simple.

Host never got us the access information. We all arrived and called her for hours. When she finally called back we gad already booked another place. She said she texted the information to the wrong number

The property was cute and convenient with beautiful views of the waves. Great access to the beach. Pool area was nice but could use some updates and would be better with a hottub also. Overall was a great stay.

Family getaway

Quick beach vacay

Easy check in/out. Comfortable place, not fancy but has everything you need to relax. Perfect location with excellent views and beach access. Would most definitely stay there again! It was awesome, thank you!

Comfortable beach apartment

This place was a comfortable stay for a family with proximity to the beach and indoor pool. If we had body soap, shampoo, conditioner provided, this would have been even better. Patty had extremely good and kind communication.

I want to help other guests to have the same Oha moment the minute you walk in the condo door and see the beach and beautiful blue ocean right in front of you. Many guests come back for the same wonderful experience. The owner of this condo takes pride in the amenities the condo offers and wants the guest to have a wonderful time, and want to come back soon.
