This newly renovated home sits on the 6th fairway of the Tahquitz Creek Golf Resort - Legends Course. An ideal location this neighborhood offers multiple bike and walking paths and even a driving range.

The home blends the best features of mid-century design, with lots of contemporary art and accents. We call it MIX-MOD! Deluxe kitchen appliances, new baths and stylish furnishings. Soothing color choices throughout give this relaxing retreat a happy and welcoming feel. Stunning mountain views and a spacious, impeccably landscaped backyard will draw you in and the gorgeous pool/spa and outdoor living area will make you feel refreshed and restored upon arrival.

Lovely floor plan that features 3 sleeping rooms in the main house and an attached casita with private bath and kitchenette... making 4 rooms for rest and relaxation.

In the main home, both primary bedroom have king sized beds. The 3rd bedroom/Office is flexible with a full size sleeper sofa and desk for any emails or any remote work needs you may have.

The attached casita with king bed has a private entrance and is fully independent with its own HVAC and bathroom.

Large, open great room has both a TV media room with 65" LED Smart TV, a formal living room, dual sided fireplace, plus a dining table for six. A wall of glass showcases the backyard oasis, incredible mountain views and golf course location.

(Smart TVs are provided with Amazon content. You may log into any other of the standard apps using your own log in as needed.)

The backyard of this home is the true focal point and boasts a large, deep saltwater pool and spa, loungers, umbrellas, large grassy area, citrus trees, dining patio with eating table for 6 and an elevated 'Fairway Lounge' behind the casita to enjoy the golf course views at sunset.

Level 2 - 40 amp charger for your EV charger vehicle. (Please bring your own Tesla adapter if needed.)

Enjoy the in ground spa (spa heating is provided as part of your visit).
(Note: The hot tub is not pre-heated before arrival.)
Pool features a 'Baja-Step' tanning shelf at the shallow end of the pool.

This is a wonderful home and Jesse is an exceptional host! The house is thoughtfully stocked with many extras to make it feel like a home away from home. The backyard is an oasis with a private pool and several seating areas to relax or socialize. It's on a golf course with 2 18s with short term memberships and discounted rates plus many other golf courses nearby (perfect for our golf-obsessed family). Couldn't ask for more!

Jesse was a terrific host, super responsive and flexible. The property was exactly as described, very clean, quiet, spacious and the upgrades were wonderful. I enjoyed the convenience of having an EV charger and room to park up to four cars. The kitchen was well equipped with huge fridge and freezer and pantry was stocked. Having a separate casita was a plus and provided even more privacy. We didn’t use the pool but the hot tub was great, and beach towels provided for convenience. Just be careful when lighting the fireplace and doing it quickly after turning on the gas. Would definitely stay again when in the area!

We are so happy we stayed here! Location was great; a few minutes from downtown PS on a quiet street. The property backs onto a golf course so the back yard is also quiet.Jesse, the owner, was really attentive, staying in touch without being intrusive, to make sure all was well The kitchen amenities and appliances were top notch Furnishings are modern and in beautiful condition.The icing on the cake is the level 2 electric car charger in the garage. We will definitely keep this property in mind for future trips.

Amazing Home!

Our family has been renting homes in Palms Springs for the last few years and this is our favorite property to date! The other homes were great, but this listing has the advantage. Everything was perfect from start to finish. The house was just beautiful. Jesse, the owner, appeared to think of everything we might potentially need. The kitchen is very well stocked, the bathrooms are spacious and updated, and the beds are very comfortable. The outdoor space is just spectacular. We were sorry that we were so busy for the few days we were in town, as we would have loved to enjoy the house and surroundings. Five stars and we’re looking forward to returning sometime soon.

Birthday get away with friends

Since we arrived we were amazed by the great hospitality with a “Happy Birthday “ banner. The property was beautiful with spacious open rooms, love the outside room “la casita” kitchen had everything ready the only thing you need to bring is your food,energy, enjoy the pool. Paradise in the desert

Every inch of this space is perfectly finished inside and outside. The home was exceptionally furnished and we wanted for nothing. I have not had a bad VRBO experience, but this was by far the most superior. Jesse, the host, made you feel like he wanted you to have the best experience and we did!

Two professional colleagues and I stayed in Jesse's lovely Palm Springs home as an alternative to a conference hotel. The home was beautiful, spotless, and quiet, the kitchen was well-equipped, and the beds were very comfortable. We were in excellent communication with Jesse, and truly appreciated his assistance and guidance. We also appreciated the requirements for being good neighbors in a short-term rental in this development - we were not staying in this home in Palm Springs to "party," but to have a quiet space after long days in a conference setting. Everything we wanted

This house far exceeded our expectations, and had everything we wanted and more! Great location - on the golf course and close to downtown Palm Springs as well. It has been recently remodeled and is immaculate. It’s well furnished, and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for the week. Plenty of seating areas outside, and the pool and hot tub were clean and well-maintained, as were the grounds. The property manager was welcoming and very accommodating. A couple of small things came up during our stay, and he responded immediately and exceeded our expectations. We look forward to staying here again on our next trip to Palm Springs!

Palm Springs Paradise

Family of 4, 2 kids under 10. This property has been meticulously curated down to the last detail. Jesse McManus has put together something special here in Palm Springs. - Superb location, quiet street, close enough to walk to groceries or drive to any main routes, highways etc. - Very tastefully decorated and with pretty much every kitchen utensil and appliance you could need. Really appreciated the multiple cutting boards and good knives, lots of cutlery, utensils etc. - We loved the pool, especially the kids. - Immaculate landscaping in the backyard, multiple sitting areas, hummingbirds coming by daily. Beautiful. - Grapefruit and Lemon trees in the back yard where it was encouraged to harvest a few to enjoy. Delicious. Overall Jesse has taken the time to design a luxury, functional bungalow that uses every inch of space perfectly. We can't wait to return.

When I purchased this home in 2018 I was initially drawn to the open mountain views and the expansive green space of the golf course.

What makes this property unique

The house and neighborhood have a serene vibe. The zen garden on the north side of the house is a special place to bird watch and enjoy the fountain.
