About this property

Comfy Corner/Pets allowed

We lived in this home until the end of 2022. It is a very well maintained older home that sits on a large corner lot and sits on one of the last cobblestone streets in town. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a huge living room and kitchen with a dining room, laundry room for guests to use and there is some detergent and dryer sheets provided. There is a huge back yard with nice grass for kids or pets to play. There is a small concrete patio with a patio table and a grill; in the summer months we have a shade cover over it with lights to make it a bit more festive. The house is very spread out so no one will feel crowded at all. There is also a 2 car garage that you are welcome to use. Front door as well as the garage are both coded so no keys or openers to keep up with.
It is 2 blocks from the town square where most of the popular restaurants and shops are located; as well as fair on the square over the 4th of July and June Jams every Thursday night in June.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

We had such a great stay at this property! The location was super convenient, the house was spacious and clean, and the beds were extremely comfortable. The backyard was huge and perfect for our dog and kids to run around and get some energy out. We had a small issue where the cleaner forgot to put out shampoo, and the owner, Stacy, promptly dropped some off for us. If we ever find ourselves in Canyon again, we would absolutely stay here.
