The Cozy Buffalo is a spacious home with a farmhouse feel. It is in walking distance from the college campus, close to the downtown square, and a 10 minute drive to Palo Duro Canyon. Palo Duro Canyon offers hiking, zip lining, horseback riding, the play Texas, and a multitude of other activities.
The Cozy Buffalo is a home away from home for all of our guests. Including Wifi, Direct TV with 155 + channels, Netflix, Hulu, and many other streaming programs with your username and password.

Features of the home

This 2400 sq ft home has a lot of room for activities or a simple relaxing weekend. It has 2 large living rooms, a nice dining room, a reading nook, and 3 spacious bedrooms. We have added many touches that make the Cozy Buffalo feel like home.

The house was amazing! Very clean, spacious, cozy, and convenient. However, the back bedroom that contains two queen beds was extremely hot and not able to be slept in. Our guests weren’t able to stay in there because it was too hot to sleep in & we had to pivot for sleep arrangements. The window unit was on but cold air wasn’t able to keep the room comfortable for sleep. If you’re planning for a large group in the summer, keep this in mind. Kelby was a great host and the convenience of the house was ideal for the 4th of July parade. Thank you!

What a great place! We were in Canyon for a family wedding and the Cozy Buffalo was perfect for us. Plenty of spaces to relax and hangout, as well as get ready for the wedding. Excellent hospitality and Kelby was a responsive, welcoming, and hospitable host.
