Unit was great... weather was great.

Unit was nice, clean and comfortable. Only thing missing was a beach umbrella which I purchased and gave to the Royal Shell folks to loan to someone who needed one.

Overall Property is nice. Beach has lots of seaweed on it which needs to be dredged by city.

Furnishings are great. Did not want for anything. Safe island for kids to roam pretty freely on bikes.

Great place to stay!

The condo was nicely renovated with an open floor plan in the main living space. With two adult couples staying for a week, it was great to have separate bedroom/bathroom areas for added privacy. The pool was great, and the property nicely situated close to the beach. Beach chairs and an umbrella were provided with the condo, which was a great bonus, as we were not able to bring our own. Only issue we had was that the community grills were placed too far away.

Beautiful and Comfortable

This was a beautiful condo that was perfect for our vacation. We used the kitchen all week and it had plenty of utensils. Grill utensils were also included for the onsite grills. Dining room table sat 4 and was nice for our meals. The kids loved their bedroom and slept great. The master bed was comfy and the room was spacious. Loved the screened porch with couch and table and chairs to sit at. The condo looked just like the pictures and was even better than described. Enjoyed our relaxing stay here! (*we had 2 adults 2 young children and an infant with us.)
