Great for multiple boats to be parked

Stayed for a tournament weekend with two boats and trucks. Parking was a big plus at this location. Everything was clean and put together well. I would stay again.

House was very clean and spacious. The setup is very nice, two rooms with separate doors for entry, then the bathroom is shared between the rooms. Listing says sleeps 4 but both rooms have bunk beds and a regular bed as well. Host was very prompt to communicate. We also rented the boat slip and made use of the dock. It was easy to access and well lit at night. Parking area was a bit tight with three trucks one with a boat trailer. Overall 5 stars!!!

Perfect place for us

We were at the lake for a high school bass fishing tournament. The place was perfect for us with two bedrooms, one for the two boys and one for me. Parking with a boat was pretty tight but doable. The place was super clean and the landscape was awesome. The owner was great along with the communication. Couldn't have asked for a better experience in our short time staying at the property. I will rent again the next time we have a tournament at PK!

No kitchen or indoor common area just rooms.

I made a mistake and assumed a place on the lake would have a kitchen and planned accordingly. It’s basically two hotel rooms with a jack & jill bath. I’ll be sure to ask more questions the next time I book. The manager was very pleasant but for the cost there are other lake front options that would have met our needs.

Thanks for providing feedback on your stay. This property is unique in the sense that it doesn’t have a kitchen and is essentially two large suite rooms with an adjoining shared master bathroom.
We felt a bit disheartened by the listing accuracy review for your stay, particularly because the a property description and photo prominently state that this is a small property without a kitchen. Part of the resolution going forward for the owner and prospective guests reading this review is to seek earlier communication to ensure mutual expectations are met and to plan accordingly. Again, we are sorry that your expectations were not met. We will continue to strive to clearly describe the property and provide a good, clean, and pleasant experience for our guests going forward.
