We absolutely loved our stay at Green Wave! The house was clean, very well done, and the perfect layout for our group. Having a private pool on location was a huge plus as well. Great location and in walking distance to all of the activity. We would love to stay here again.

Perfect location! Close to the town but still very quiet. Also only a few blocks to the beach. The house was very clean and updated and accommodated our needs well.

The house is better than the photos can even make it look! We travel all the time and this is the first time we all felt “at home”. The house is so well taken care and they have EVERYTHING! Even a spice drawer! The pool was obviously a huge highlight but the lights at night were a family fav. And the porch is too die for if you love being outdoors without the heat and bugs. We ate every meal outback and loved every second of it! Would book it again and again!!!

Amazing House!

We had a wonderful week in folly beach. Everything about the house was perfect. Very clean, well stocked and great location. I am used to getting rentals that aren’t as good as the pictures. This one is better! We will definitely book again next time we are in folly.

Wonderful Family Vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this rental in Folly Beach. The home is even cuter and nicer in person than the pictures display which surprised me. Everything is updated and current beautifully decorated in a coastal chic vibe. Plenty of pillows, towels for all 6 of us. Outdoor living space and pool area as was top notch. The home is close to town but we did not find it noisy or bothersome. The close proximity to town made walks to small grocery store and local restaurants super convenient.

Phenomenal vacation!

We drove from Massachusetts down to Folly Beach for spring break. This was our first time in the Folly Beach/Charleston area. The house was phenomenal. It was newly renovated and has every amenity a family could ask for. The kitchen was very well stocked, especially for a rental. It was beautifully decorated with tons of custom details throughout. Our kids loved the pool and spent a lot of time in the hot tub since the pool wasn’t heated. It’s a very short walk to the beach (maybe 5 min?) and we enjoyed many mornings on Folly Beach before heading back for lunch and to enjoy the pool. We were a little too close to Center Street for our liking and would have preferred a more secluded area; however, it was still exceptionally quiet and an overall fantastic vacation.

Quaint house/some issues

This house is quaint. We enjoyed the character of the house and the screen porch. The furniture in the den area needs attention. Also, the freezer was non functional as the door wouldn’t close all the way. We reported these items to property management and they did indicate they would address them. This was my personal experience, and others may not have the same reaction, but while I enjoyed the overall quaintness of the house, and the location, the kitchen and bathrooms would have to be gutted and redone for me to rent this property again. I like to cook and the condition of the cabinets, counters and overall feel of the kitchen was just a deal breaker for me. The upstairs bath has only and hand held shower device, and just overall the kitchen and baths felt disheveled and unpleasant. A redo wouldn’t have to be fancy, just clean and functional. My 2 cents. Thx

Our favorite Folly house

We loved this house. A great spot close to everything but still tucked away. The screened in porch with it’s huge, amazing swing was perfect. Lots of fun character, classic and a little bit rock-n-roll. The kids were able to have their own hang-out space upstairs. Check-in was also easy, and rental co. was super nice and attentive. Can’t say enough about this sweet spot!

Wonderful home and location!

This was the second time we have stayed at this home and we loved it just as much this time. The location is perfect for walking to the beach, to Bert's Market, or the restaurants and shopping on Center St. The layout makes it ideal for groups as there are several areas to get a few moments of alone time. The outdoor shower is also fantastic but needs a little TLC. My favorite room by far was the screened in porch where I enjoyed my coffee every morning.

Location, Location, Location

Despite the weather not being the best, we had a fabulous visit!! Check-in was a breeze and the house was exactly as listed. It's just a couple of houses down from Center Street and much closer to the beach than we had initially thought. The property managers were super quick to respond and very friendly. One snafu was fixed in a jiffy....The hot water heater was leaking and they were there to check on it in just a few minutes and had a plumber there within a couple of hours. Our visit wasn't disrupted at all! They also called to check on us a couple of times- Rob was super! We utilized all of the sitting areas-- there is plenty of room and the furniture is comfortable. The real star of the house, though, is the front porch. It was spacious and lovely and the yard is shaded which is lovely! The only problem we had was the upstairs bathroom... we knew about the shower and could deal with that, but the door was extremely hard to open and close, so we had to leave it 1/2 open which wasn't ideal. The door was a sliding door and probably just needed some oil or to be realigned. My recommendation for the upstairs bathroom is to get a shower curtain that is waterproof so water doesn't go everywhere with the handheld showerhead and also to look into fixing the door so it is easier to open and close. Overall... great spot... wonderful service... we will be back for sure! Jodie

Very cute home and super location. Screened porch is where we spent all our time. Upstairs bathroom doesn’t have a shower, and the outlets in that same bathroom didn’t work - a minor annoyance for four women staying together - but for the right grouping it’s a great house. Would definitely rent again.

The house is in a great location - close to restaurants, convenience store, beach and golf cart rentals. The house itself could use some updates, but overall we were comfortable.

Beach House with character

Great location and value. The property managers were timely about replacing old fans, bbq grill, and repairing stove. The living room furniture is a little worn, but otherwise the house is in now in good shape for future renters!

Totally awesome!!!

Lots of charm! The eight of us fit very comfortably with plenty of room for all. The porch is the place to be - not sure we ever sat in the living room. The decor is terrific!! The only negative is the upstairs shower which is hand held with no place on the wall to place the shower head. We found it difficult, but that would not stop us from staying here again! Truly wonderful 😎😀😊
