Esta exquisita casa es privada pero está a solo 3 minutos a pie de la playa. Es más conocido por su amplio porche con dos puertas de garaje de vidrio que se abren a la cocina, el comedor y la sala de estar. Esta característica única trae el exterior: las áreas abiertas de sala / comedor / cocina fluyen sin problemas hacia el porche donde la brisa del mar es una invitación para relajarse y disfrutar de las reuniones familiares. El restaurante y las tiendas Folly's se encuentran a poca distancia a pie y también se puede explorar el hermoso e histórico centro de Charleston, que está a solo 8 millas en coche.
Esta casa bien equipada ofrece alojamiento para ocho personas con dos habitaciones con baño en-suite con ducha de travertino, un tercer baño completo con ducha / bañera, un dormitorio con una litera más pequeña y un sofá cama en la sala de estar. House was great! Our first visit to Folly Beach and location was spot on. The porch curtains were a game changer, I ordered them for our Carova beach house.Would recommend this house for any family.WiFi was good, kitchen had what was needed, showers were over the top( thank you).

Fabulous location in Folly

The house is comfortable and clean, and it’s perfect for families. It is located only two blocks from the beach and restaurants/shops. A couple of blocks in the other direction is a fun pirate themed playground. Everything is an easy walk, and there is a beach wagon, towels. and toys to use. We enjoyed relaxing on the porch and using the outdoor shower after the beach. The host is very responsive and kind. Thank you for a great stay!

Paradise on Folly

Doesn’t get any better than this on Folly Beach. (We stayed for a full month.) Fantastic neighborhood just 2-3 blocks proximity to both beach and shops / restaurants. Huge open porch creates unique indoor / outdoor space with residence. First 2 bedrooms VERY spacious, both en suite.

Cute cottage close to beach

We enjoyed our stay at the cottage! Valerie was super quick to get back when we had any questions. I loved that everything we needed for the beach was there - chairs, wagon, and toys. That was super helpful. Tej cottage is a few minutes walk from town, the beach, and a cute little pirate playground. We would totally stay again.

Amazing place!

Family-friendly and perfect for our last-minute escape, we felt right at home. We couldn't have asked for better hosts. Of all the places we've stayed, this is by far my favorite. Thank you for allowing us to celebrate our 6th year anniversary here! The location was fantastic, just a 5-minute walk to the beach and about 20 minutes from downtown Charleston. By the way, my daughter loved the toys and books y'all have there.

Sweetgrass Family Visit

This house is a great mix of comfort, style and great location. The owner was on point with communication and genuinely cares about her guests. The place is well-appointed, stylishly decorated and has a nicely landscaped yard. The house has a great nature vibe because you’re up in the canopy with glass garage doors blending seamlessly into a generous-sized, screened gallery. It’s off of the busy front street but easy walks to beach and commercial district. Can’t really beat it…

Great spot to enjoy Folly

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sweetgrass Cottage! The living area, bedrooms & kitchen were comfortable & well stocked. It was so helpful to have towels, chairs & wagon available for the beach. The things that make this property really special are the garage doors onto the porch - awesome! - and the location. It's just a few blocks to downtown and the beach. This home was perfect for our Folly Beach vacation!

The perfect spot!

Our group of three women had a fantastic stay at Val’s place. The house was beautiful and very well appointed. All of us appreciated the comfortable beds. And the porch! Amazing! Val was very helpful and flexible with some travel issues that arose with our group as well. 10/10, would recommend.

Clean nice place, obnoxious neighborhood

Place was very well appointed and clean. We had to listen to the neighbors ac powering off and on all night just feet from our window. Cars were racing down the streets, lots of inebriated jerks around, gun shots or some kind of very big explosion in the middle of the night, loud in music and partying till we'll after 2: 00 am and the the neighbors cranking on the music at about 7: 30 in he morning.Ugh. If you don't mind all of that, it's a great place.

Relaxing beach getaway

A great property within easy walk to the beach and the center of town. We really enjoyed the large front porch and opening the garage doors to let the ocean breeze in. Four chairs and a wagon are provided to haul your stuff to the beach. Bert’s market is just a couple minutes walk around the corner. Will definitely look to stay here again for our next trip to Folly.

Perfect Folly Location

This is one of the nicest properties we have stayed on Folly! 2 blocks away from the center of town, Bert's and the beach, you couldn't ask for a better location on the island. The house is as beautiful as it is in the photos, and the owner was a breeze to communicate with. For a small group, you couldn't do much better than Sweetgrass!

YaYa's girls trip!

We absolutely loved the house. The garage doors were a hit. They really opened up the rooms. If we ever come back to Folly Beach, we will definitely rent again. Close to everything! The house had everything we needed.

My husband and I are from Michigan and had rented this gorgeous home before it became available for purchase and we didn't want to miss out on the opportunity! It was totally rebuilt in 2007 and beautifully remodeled in 2014. We want whomever visits and stays at our home to be comfortable and pleased with all that this get-away has to offer!! We welcome you and hope to get to know you. Even though we cannot always be there, we have a manager who is available, if needed.

This home is very unique with its quaint and tasteful decorating, large, airy porch with plenty of seating, including four rocking chairs and mosquito curtains; upscale kitchen with stainless steel appliances, beautiful pine floors and features 2 garage doors that open from the dining room and living room to the porch that gives an open feeling to enjoy the gentle breezes of the ocean air! The lower level patio houses an outdoor shower and gas grill. There are 4 private parking spaces and optional street parking.

This exquisite home is private yet a close 3 minute walk to the beach and public access directly across the street. There is a lifeguard on duty in June, July and August. It is most noted for its spacious front porch with two glass garage doors. This unique feature brings the outside in – the open living/dining/kitchen areas flow seamlessly onto the porch where the sea breeze and sounds of the ocean are an invitation to relax and enjoy time at the beach with family. Folly’s restaurant and shops are within walking distance and you can also explore the beautiful, historic downtown Charleston, which is a short 8 mile drive.
This well-appointed house offers accommodation for eight guests with two en-suite queen bedrooms with Travertine walk-in showers, a third full bath with shower/tub, a smaller bunk bedroom, and sleeper sofa in the living room.
The fully-equipped kitchen has JennAir and KitchenAid stainless appliances, silestone countertops, and Murano glass lighting.
Antique heart-pine floors, 10 ft ceilings with vaulted 15ft ceiling in dining/kitchen area, and the wall of glass garage doors make the house cool, bright, and airy.
Electronics include a 52' HDTV in the main living room. There is Broadband wireless internet and a 32” SMART TV in both en suite bedrooms.
The private garden deck has a gas grill, a fully private hot/cold outdoor shower and convenient parking for 4 vehicles.
Beach chairs, umbrellas and beach towels are provided, as well as a beach wagon, beach toys for your convenience.
