Offering parking is definitely a privilege in this historic area, and homes that do have it often come with tighter driveways - we appreciate your patience with that. As for the nearby construction, it is a neighboring project and unfortunately out of our control, though we did update the listing with that information prior to your booking. While the work is outside of our control, we do our best to keep guests informed and be as transparent as possible in our listing. The project is indeed in its final stages, though we understand even light construction can still be disruptive—especially with early hours and sensitive guests. To clarify, we include sound machines in all our properties as part of our standard amenities, not specifically due to construction. That said, we understand this wasn’t an ideal situation, and we truly appreciate your understanding and the grace with which you handled it.
