Clean and upgraded, spacious, equipped with everything you need Great location, however lots of late night noise (bar across the street), early morning deliveries, trash pick up, busy street, traffic including buses presented difficult sleeping if you’re a person who needs quiet.bring ear plugs!!!

Lovely home and great location

This was the perfect location for walkability to downtown shops and restaurants.House is beautifully restored and very comfortable. Everything needed for a stay is included in the home.

Sisters Retreat

We had a wonderful stay shopping and eating in downtown Charleston. The house was beautiful and well furnished. There were some parking issues due to other houses not following parking rules but the owner/manager promptly responded and was very helpful. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Work Trip

Very close to the convention center where our conference was. Enjoyed our stay. Management was quick to give us recommendations, help us when needed, etc. I would stay here again.

Beautiful home

Enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home in downtown Charelston. House was close to everything we wanted to do. Short drive to the beaches. Close to shopping and restaurants. Owner was very responsive. Would definitely stay in this home again.

Cutest house with a great location!

I booked this house for my sister’s bachelorette party and it was PERFECT. All of us girls were obsessed with the house. It was clean and bigger than expected. The amount of bathrooms was amazing so we weren’t all on top of each other. Location was great and very walkable. We would all highly recommend this house and are dying to go back!

Bachelorette girls weekend

The home was great for our bachelorette group of 8 women. There were 4 baths so that was perfect. The only couple of things that we missed was a full length mirror and the water pressure in some of the showers was very low. Great location

Mom + Spring Break Teens

Took my daughter and 3 of her girlfriends to Charleston for spring break and college tours. House was perfect! Girls loved it, I did too. Street traffic was noisier than expected throughout the night. Otherwise, great all around!

Great Weekend Getaway with the Girls

Came to Charleston for a 40th birthday celebration with the girls. This house was perfect! Lots of space to hang together and bathrooms to get ready in. The beds were super comfy. The only thing we weren’t prepared for was the late night music at the club across the street but it sure did provide for a lot of great people watching from the balcony. I’d definitely stay at this location again if the opportunity arose. Very clean and the staff came out within 30 min to replace a battery in the smoke detector when it started to beep. Great times!

Lovely property

We thoroughly enjoyed the property and were amazed at all that had been done in the renovation. It was really beautiful, clean, and spacious. I would recommend this property for couples, gal friends, etc. The only negative was that our unit was located on a busy street at a traffic light and was somewhat noisy. We slept in a back bedroom instead of the master because of the noise. Again, this was the only negative.

Perfect perfect perfect!!

Could not have asked for a better property to stay in for our recent trip. It was the perfect amount of space for our group of 8, in the perfect location to Charleston nightlife, and the perfect aesthetic for a girls weekend in Charleston. Host was easy and professional to communicate with, and very accommodating to our request for an early check-in. My only suggestion would be to invest in at least one full length mirror - it would make getting ready in a big group a lot easier! Mirrors and counter space were definitely a challenge, but all the furnishing in the house were absolutely gorgeous. Thanks for such a great trip!

Family Graduation weekend

Beautifully appointed property and comfortable home away from home for our family gathering of 9. The property manager, Brian was great! Very responsive to questions and accommodating with requests. My only recommendations would be to forewarn potential renters of the single parking space allotted to the house because alternative parking would have been difficult if all of the parking had been used by the adjacent rental properties. My second point would be to let renters know that the fourth bathroom is up several steep steps that could be hazardous to older adults or children. It adjusted our sleeping arrangements but was definitely doable. My last point is not a criticism just a point. The home is located in an active section of town. Nightly noise related to traffic and nightlife is noticeable but not more than expected for downtown area. We would definitely stay here again when enjoying the wonderful city of Charleston!
