Relax with the your family at our peaceful and private Joe’s Pond home. Newly renovated with open concept kitchen and living area. All living quarters are on situated one one level! Three bedrooms decorated to provide a relaxed stay! Gorgeous master bedroom with en suite. Spacious guest bathroom with washer and dryer. Located on a spacious, flat lot which is great for lawn games and ease to move about. Sandy beach for the kids to play! Great outdoor patio area for dining! Patio furniture as well as grills are not out in the winter months.

Enjoy 4 seasons: Sandy beach, fire place, lots of space for lawn games, lake fun, fishing, beautiful Vermont foliage, snowmobile, cross-country ski, hiking and biking with easy access to the Lamoille Valley Rail Trail! Perfect place to ride your snowmobile out of! Very private! No parties or large groups allowed.
