Within 10 minutes drive from the Airport and a short walking distance to the free beaches, Starbucks, Margaritaville, Nightclubs, Casino, Shopping, and local restaurants.

Q: Airport pick-up?
A: Yes US$40 roundtrip, US$25 one way

Q: May I get a discount?
A: All discounts we currently offer already automatically reflected at your booking price. No personal discounts unless you already booked with us. If our price is over your budget, feel free to look to another place.

Q: Do I need to bring towels, a hair dryer, or linens?
A: No. All of these are provided.

Q: Is breakfast included?
A: No. Please read the description to see what is included.

Q: Can you provide/recommend a chef/babysitter/nanny?
A: No. Please read the description to see what is provided.

Q: Are cooking oil, coffee, tea, condiments, etc. provided?
A: For sanitary reasons, since we are located on a humid tropical island, we do not provide any food or condiments.

Q: Late check-out? Early check-in?
A: Early check-in and late checkout should be requested in advance. Authorized early check-in and late check out is $30 per hour. Non authorized late check out is $250. We can only confirm early check-in/Late check-out on the day of based on availability. If we are unable to accommodate early check-in/late check-out, you can store your luggage at the lobby upstairs until check-in time (3pm).

Q: Are you located on Top Road (Queens Dr) or Bottom Road (Hip Strip aka Jimmy Cliff Boulevard)?
A: Both! The property is located between Top Road and Bottom Road and has 2 entrances: one from Top Rd via El Greco entrance, suitable for cars, and the second one from Bottom Road right across from Doctors Cave beach via the main building entrance (walking only, stairs!)

Q: How far are you from ......?
A: Please put Doctors Cave Beach as your arrival/departure point to see distance/time.

A: Both! CURRENTLY ONLY THE JIMMY CLIFF BLVD ENTRANCE IS IN USE, The property is located between Top Road and Bottom Road and has 2 entrances

Q: Is it safe to drink tap water in Jamaica?
A: Yes it is totally safe. Jamaica is famous for the quality of its tap water. However its best to be safe than sorry if you need to drink it its best to boil it first. Or just buy bottled water.
