Esta es la planta baja de un dúplex con solo césped entre usted y la arena. Son dos habitaciones, un baño, cocina, comedor y sala de estar. Tiene una gran terraza cubierta y excelentes vistas a la bahía desde la sala de estar y terraza. El Keone y Na Hoku (arriba) tienen entradas totalmente separadas. Simplemente camine por la hierba hasta la playa.

Keone, The Downstairs Beach House es ideal para un fácil acceso. ¡No hay pasos entre tu cama y la arena! Tiene una sensación fresca y relajada. La vegetación fresca se refleja en las ventanas de las habitaciones de la planta baja. Gemelos en la segunda habitación para los niños o amigos solteros. Si son dos parejas, juntar las camas puede ser el plan. Su lanai es un gran lugar para descansar, almorzar o en cualquier momento. Algunos de nuestros invitados obtienen una bonita tela y cubren la mesa de picnic y le ponen un ramo de flores. Con otros, sus juguetes de arena y tablas de surf. Una ducha de bañera combinada está en el baño. Hay una cama doble plegable en la sala de estar que puede acomodar a otro huésped. (La ocupación estándar es de 2 huéspedes, pero puede acomodar hasta 4, se aplica una tarifa de invitado adicional)

Simplemente pase las palmeras y los bosques de hierro hacia la arena. Si tienes suficiente sol, pero no suficiente playa, debajo de los árboles es donde estarás. Gran lugar para leer o Scrabble. No toda la vida de vacaciones es sin un ligero esfuerzo. Si necesita lavar la ropa, el piso de arriba, el piso de abajo y el estilo antiguo comparten la lavadora y secadora de monedas en este lindo y pequeño edificio a solo unos pasos. También hay una ducha de agua fría y caliente al costado para enjuagar la arena y la sal después de la playa. ¡Más divertido que ducharse por dentro!

Nunca se sabe lo que verá en la playa. ¡Muchas personas vienen aquí para casarse, renovar votos, celebrar aniversarios, cumpleaños, incluso para bautizarse! Carreras de canoas, surfistas, kite surfistas, pescadores, jugadores de voleibol. Incluso con toda esta actividad, la mayoría de las personas experimentan la playa con menos personas de las que podrían haber soñado. Lo que sea que esté sucediendo en el agua, estarás en la imagen cuando vengas a Hanalei. Disfrutarás de sol, lluvia, surf, arcoiris y un pequeño pueblo ubicado en un lugar fabulosamente hermoso.

We loved our stay in this cute cottage. It was very clean and had everything we needed. Excellent location and access to beach. We enjoyed hanging out on the lanai listening to the waves and watching the sky. Would absolutely stay here again!

Prime location

If you want to stay ON the beach, this is it! It is not the most luxurious place in Kauai, but it is very comfortable, has everything you need, and if your goal is to be outside and at the beach, this is as good as it gets.

As wonderful as always

This was probably at least our 5th stay at the Kobyashi’s “compound.” All the properties are in very good shape and well appointed. The views and sound of the surf are awe inspiring. Mahalo nui loa.

Great location!

Come for the location (steps from Hanalei Bay) and the experience of living on what is one of best, most beautiful beaches anywhere. The home was clean and well appointed but definitely not fancy. But fancy is beside the point when you are surrounded by so much natural beauty. Great experience overall.

Great location

Enjoyed our stay in Hanalei. Beautiful lawn area and of course the beach was lovely. The property was very clean and efficient. We rented some bikes and took nice rides around the area and to town!

Such an amazing property and location

We had a wonderful time at this house. It's perfect for a family with 2 small kids - they were able to run to the beach in the morning in their pajamas! The house itself is very clean and comfortable.

Magical Getaway!

What a location!!! We loved it so much will hopefully make it a family tradition. House is super comfortable and clean. Might be time to update some of the kitchenware but had everything we needed. Outdoor shower was a hit with the whole family.

Reviewer Comments: We had a great time right on the beach near the water in Hanalei, my favorite part was that there were a bunch of toys available that we could play with the water or on the big green lawn out front. we rented bikes and were able to bike to restaurants and all over the bay! We had such a lovely time I would absolutely stay here again, and suggest it to anyone! We will be back!

Tropical house with ocean view

The house and neighboring houses are very pretty, feel very Hawaiian. Unobstructed ocean/beach view across front lawn. Looking back to house from lawn opens up to gorgeous view of green jungly mountains. Living room and tropical furniture felt cozy when it rained. North coast is nice with small towns, small roads, less developed beaches. We stayed with our 2 adult kids which was a bit of a squeeze. They shared a room, and we all shared the bath. But the overall experience made the tightness well worth it. Would stay again.

Paradise

This property may not be for everyone, but we loved it! It was quiet, close to downtown Hanalei and the beach out front is perfect for boogie boarding. You can also walk the entire length of Hanalei Bay. The property had all the necessary things for a great stay, beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrella and beach towels. With not much ambient light, the stars at night were amazing! The only reason I gave it a 4 overall rating is that it is a little dated, but for those who just want to kick back and relax, this is the perfect place!

Lovely getaway

This property was exactly as advertised - which means perfect for us. It's not fancy or posh, but it's perfect for a beach house: clean, all the amenities, a short walk to the beach, and the sound of the waves lulling you to sleep. All the communications with the property manager were prompt and friendly. They even sent someone over to fix the safe when we noticed a problem with it. My boys (surfers) loved this place too - and I hope we may all be able to return soon.

Great location, clean, but a bit old and run down.

Great access to the beach, and walkable to restaurants in town. Boogie boards and other beach stuff available. There was an error on the part of the property manager on the rental date, and she was somewhat rude on the phone when I called to inquire. Everything worked out, fortunately. The apartment was a bit old and run down considering the price, but it was clean.

Great Location, Could you some updating of interior

The property is older and could use a refurbishing. Tiles in the bathroom could be replaced. You need to know that there is no air conditioning which is quite common on Hanalei, but I would prefer to have some. There are plenty of fans though, and windows the open easily. The location is great with an easy walk across the yard to the beach. It is a large lot with 3 other houses on it, so if they are filled with a lot of people your privacy is not ideal. Overall, if location is most important this will work, but it is not luxurious.

A piece of heaven

I absolutely loved this place. Beautiful location. We would definitely stay there again. Two things I would highlight. As clearly stated on the listing, there is no air conditioning. I’m usually hot, my wife is usually cold. There were times we were both still a little hot with the windows open and the fans on, but not so much that we wouldn’t stay. Second, the washer/dryer isn’t in the unit, it is in a communal space with the outside shower. Knowing this, the way it’s listed makes sense, but that’s not how I read it/what I expected. We never had to wait to use them and it wouldn’t keep us from staying here, but I thought I’d include it so it was clear. Again, we loved it!!
