Rates are based on 10 guests. There is an additional fee of $75 per night per person up to 14 guests. All reservations will require main guest to review and sign a rental agreement for this property. The agreement provides details about the homes amenities and risk factors pertaining to the pool, spa, pickle ball court, pond and gym. Peak Summer Season, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years periods have a 7 night minimum.

Ke Aloha Estate, a spiritual paradise, is the most unique vacation rental on Kauai. It is a "FULLY AIR CONDITIONED" traditional Hawaiian estate with some fun, modern amenities thrown in. Situated with the Namahana Mountain range as your backdrop, we invite you to experience the Aloha Spirit at this very private and tranquil 5 acre estate.

Ke Aloha offers an ideal situation for multiple couples and large families alike. Suitable for a quiet getaway, yoga or spiritual retreat, family reunion, small wedding or simple vacation for friends or family, the estate will provide an extensive list of features unlike any other luxury rental on Kauai. With 6+ bedrooms & 4.5 bathrooms + Outdoor Shower, we can accommodate up to 14 people in this spacious and comfortable Kauai home.

There is an additional building equipped with a fitness center & Yoga Studio. This includes a Life Fitness Treadmill, Peloton Bike , and a variety of weight training equipment. There is also a ping pong and pool table in the main house. Just outside the studio is a pond with Koi and a waterfall feature. Next to the pond, there is a covered platform ideal for meditation, yoga, or for a relaxing spot to read.

Your back yard includes direct access to a 500 acre nature preserve with up to 5 miles of easily walkable trails and a spectacular man made waterfall park called the Stone Dam. The trails are flat terrain and easy to navigate. For avid runners, you could not ask for a more perfect setting to train.

POOL HEATING - For an additional fee, guests can choose to heat the pool to a temperature of approximately 83º to 88º. During Late Fall through early Spring, pool temperature without heating tends to resemble ocean temperature at about 73º to 78º. The maximum heated temperature will be based on season and outside air temperatures. POOL HEATING is $100 per day plus tax.

WEDDINGS are permitted on occasion with an additional $3500 - $5000 site fee depending on the size of the event. Please provide all anticipated details regarding a wedding when making your inquiry. Details we need include: how many guests would be invited, in addition to the number of people staying at the house, as well as the specific vendors that would be on site including catering, music, tent, flowers, photographer, hair/makeup, officiant, etc. It would be best to estimate more rather than less so we can have a full understanding of the most it will be. You would be required to have a licensed Wedding Coordinator for any event that includes guests not staying at the home. There is a 7 night minimum stay for weddings. Guests would be required to sign a wedding addendum within 24 hours of making a reservation.

Ke Aloha is mostly used by owners and family so it is maintained to the highest standard. Reservations are taken on a limited basis during weeks owners travel or relocate to their other Kauai property. Please inquire if you wish to rent Ke Aloha Estate.
