This location is fantastic, quiet and calm neighborhood. It was easy to get to everything we needed. We had such a wonderful time staying here. The house may look smaller on the outside but it is very spacious inside and the backyard is perfect to have a private place to relax and chill. Having two families with little ones, we all felt we had our own spaces. Everything was clean and kept neatly. The heated pool and hot tub were perfect since we came in January. Sam was always easy to reach and was a very accommodating host. We would love to come back another time!

This is a great property with plenty of space and amenities. We loved the location and found it convenient to the things we were doing for the week and also easy airport access. Good size, well stocked kitchen, coffee included, multiple TVs, ample bathrooms and bedrooms for group to spread out when needed. The listing showed games and we found pieces of games but not actual games we could play. We loved having the pool table, foosball table and hot tub. Guests are not able to control the hot tub temperature or time it’s operating but Sam is responsive and would likely increase or decrease temp/time if there was a need. Great property but these two things are why we gave the listing accuracy 4 stars.

Sam's property was accurately described, clean, neat and conveniently located to my family in the area. We enjoyed the outdoor pool, jacuzzi and playing pool in the evenings.The kitchen could have used some basic supplies, like coffee filters and sugar, but we were lucky to have a supermarket and Dollar Tree close by.Thanks for your hospitality and we will return, if traveling as a family group again.

We throughly enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean and great for what we wanted. The pool and hot tub were a highlight for us to hang out in. Beds were very comfy, plenty of towels for use, and kitchen had what we needed. Location was convenient to what we needed such as grocery store. Owner was very responsive to the minor issues we had or questions, which was much appreciated. Would certainly stay again!

If you are looking for a place with plenty of entertainment onsite this is a great place. It's a little far from the beach but not a deal breaker. Hard Rock is about a 12 minute drive. Had everything we needed.

Sprawling and wonderful!

I highly recommend this wonderful accommodation. First off, Sam is a terrific host, so responsive, attentive and considerate. The house has everything one might want or need, but when you add the pool table, foozball table, and swimming pool, now you cannot help but describe it as magnificent. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, and the general area has plenty of activity and dining options. Location wise it is very accessible to airports and beaches. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. You won't be disappointed!

Family Time Together

Property is amazing. Extremely clean and the layout is perfect for a family of 8 to spread out and enjoy both the outdoors (in ground pool & outdoor space) along with indoors when the weather doesn't cooperate (Pool table & Foosball). I would highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a nice quiet peaceful neighborhood, but yet close enough to the beaches and other entertainment destinations.

Great stay at a great house

This house is completely as advertised. Pool and hot tub, large TV’s everywhere, kitchen had everything we needed. The house was clean and very spacious. The beds were very comfortable in every bedroom. Neighborhood was quiet and safe and close to shopping dining and any convenience you might need. We will come back to this property. Golf and Business Trip

The location was great, and property was as advertised. The host Sam was very responsive when I reached out and handled anything we needed very quickly. We enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub in the evening and BBQing on the new charcoal grill. Lots of room and TV's in every room making it enjoyable for all. Really only a 10-20 min to really anything you would need or want to do.
