The house could be very nice if the owners would take care of it. Everything in the house is made cheap, kitchen needed updates decades ago. Beds are horrible , uncomfortable , marble floor is chipped. They hired the cheapest cleaning service possible , house was dirty. We paid a lot of money for the cleaning, they hired one woman who couldn’t possibly clean that house in a few hours between previous customers departing and new arriving. Bottom line, good bones, bad experience.

The home itself needs some updating and renovations. The front room chairs are very low and uncomfortable they really needs to change. We used the pool and once out out skin began to itch. The AC unit is full of dirt needs to clean. The smoke detector battery needs to change kept going off.

There are a lot of positives regarding the house I rented. First off it was super clean. You can tell the house has been lived in but obvious efforts were made to make it look its best. Size. Deceptively large from the outside. 5 bedrooms and four full bathrooms. Need I say more. Patio was very nice and accommodating with nice pool. I don’t feel the location can be beat. 7mins to the beach 5mins to downtown Hollywood. Excellent experience.

Neighborhood was nice and quiet. Host was accommodating and cool. The house was clean, organized, and had most of the everything we needed to cook. Pool could’ve been a little cleaner but the backyard area was clean, really nice and spacious. I would definitely book again.

We had a great stay in this house. The pool heat wasnt on when we got there but the management company put in new heater and then we all enjoyed to pool. Warning you will get bitten by the small bugs when around the pool. But we were warned about that. Plenty of room for our party of 10. We all had a relaxing holiday. Lovely to watch squirrels.iguanas and woodpeckers during the day.but not the other animals at night though. Not keen on the bedroom doors as they let all light in from lounge. We liked that its only short drive to the beach too

This house was perfect for a long weekend in Hollywood. The location was ideal, from the proximity to the airport and ease of getting to other locations. The layout of the home was great for our group. The bathroom to bedroom ratio worked out very well. The pool and backyard was a great addition to our trip. No complaints, but the kitchen could be supplied better with cooking essentials: butter, cooking oil, tin foil. I am very pleased with this property and would highly recommend it for anyone coming to the area!

Nice pool and property, bad neighbors

Great location, layout and amazing back pool area. Neighbor a few doors down came over one afternoon and screamed at and threatened our kids in the backyard pool because he was trying to sleep at 4pm. They were simply playing and laughing like kids do. Property manager also refused to replace the empty propane tank for the backyard grill, unless we paid them 40 for a new full tank, so the grill area was unusable for our stay. So beware of neighbors and extra unidentified costs.

Beautiful Property with a Pool

This house is set up for large groups. The bedrooms are in all four corners of the house. This allows the each family or couple to have their own bathroom and own space. The property was clean and comes with everything you need to cook. The pool is perfect. It has a deep end with a seating area and a shallow end for young kids. The neighbourhood is quiet and close to the beach. The washer and dryer work well. The appliances all work well. We had a fantastic time and would gladly book this property again. The communication with the host was timely and concise. This is a five star property.

Great home and location

This house was in a great location - less than 5 minutes to either Publix or a neighborhood Walmart. The bedrooms are all large, all but one has a king bed and the other has a queen. I would recommend bringing a sleeping mask. The bedroom doors are all frosted and light comes in the room pretty brightly. The cookware was awful and I messaged the property manager and within 2 hours, they had brought by a new set. The pool area is just as pictured and wonderful. Would definitely recommend this property.

Bed bugs and termites

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place was as described on line however, we didn’t expect to see termite tunnels on the ceiling and were bitten by bed bugs. Unfortunately, the house was not as clean as was reported on line. From the outside the rooms and the livings quarters look good, but the management has to step up and control the infestation.

Good but…

The house was good Good location Back patio was infested with “no see um bugs” that owners knew about it, when I told him about what we thought was fleas, he told us about the bugs. By third day when we killed one, I told him and he came with an off outdoor spray. We all were bit by these bugs (itches pretty bad) I dont understand why If they knew about these bugs, why they don’t fumigate every time they have guests at the house.
