A great vacation awaits you on Big Pea Porridge Pond in Eidelweiss Village. This vacation style home accommodates up to 8 people with 4 bedrooms and 2 baths. Large windows that look out over the water help make this home bright with natural light and a great deck makes star gazing perfect on a clear New Hampshire night. Loosen up in the game room and show off your skills on the ping pong or Foosball table. Recline on the beach and let your worries wash away or explore the pond in the canoe or paddle boat provided at this home. ***Please note, there are some rocks in the pond at this location. A swim dock (summer only), canoe and paddle boat are provided for guest enjoyment of the pond.***

The main level of this house consists of an open concept kitchen, dining area and living room complete with waterfront views. There are also 2 bedrooms and a full bath with shower. The second level is the master suit with queen bed and private full bath. The finished basement includes the 4th bedroom with double bed and game room with ping pong table and Foosball.

Check-In: Will take place at a local Real Estate office any time after 4:00pm – Specific instructions and addresses will be emailed upon booking confirmation

AMENITIES INCLUDE: Dishwasher, DVD player, TV w/ ROKU (guest can log into their own accounts for NETFLIX, YouTube TV and Prime Video), VCR, fireplace, ping pong table, Foosball table, canoe, paddle boat, gas grill and high speed internet.

FIRST LEVEL: Living room, dining area, kitchen, bedroom with double (sleeps 2), bedroom with 2 sets of bunks (sleeps 4), and full bath with shower.

SECOND LEVEL: Master bedroom with queen and private full bath (sleeps 2).

FINISHED BASEMENT: Family room w/ ping pong and Foosball table and bedroom with double.

_Available for summer, fall and spring short term rentals._

_Note: We do not supply sheets or towels for your stay; However, blankets comforters and pillows are provided at the property. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us._

Deck has round table with 6 chairs and 4 additional chairs in cellar.

Beach has picnic table that can seat 6.

2 Adirondack chairs also on beach.

Peaceful Perfection

We absolutely loved our short stay and plan to book again for longer. Great location, loved the paddle boat and canoe. The layout was just wonderful to enjoy time with our family.

Very clean, great setup, and amazing beach access with dock. Our children and Grandchildren have loved it as well.

Feedback, for all it is worth

Downstairs was musty-Could use a dehumidifier or screen on door to be able to open and air out; full size beds were incredibly uncomfortableOn first floor and in basement; trash disposal was difficult – perhaps a resident/visitor sticker for dump use; having to pick up and deliver key to real estate was out of the way – perhaps doing the agreement online and having a combination lock or locked box for keys; grill was dirty and smelly and we did not use; pictures made property look larger than it actually was.; We found out that the water level had been low prior to our stay. I guess we lucked out and were able to use boat/tubes/kayaks.The family made the best of it and enjoyed being together in spite of the drawbacks. I thought this information might be helpful for future rentals

Cute house on a perfect pond beach

This house is exactly what we were looking for! Enough bedrooms for the family, beautiful kitchen, and great beach for water sports and swimming. The only thing we thought would benefit the house is a washer/dryer. Would stay there again for sure!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed this home very much. The views and peacefulness were top notch. A tad disappointed that the beach was rocky so we could not swim there, but a rocky beach was described in the original listing. The only things that we would have liked to have would have been a hose to rinse feet before going inside, a washing machine and a vacuum cleaner. Now we know what to look for next time we reserve a home.

Probably a great winter escape .....summer a kind of bummer.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The photos were what lead me to choose this property. The description should clearly state that boats or floats are an absolute necessity for swimmers! Waterfront was the draw and the pictures LOOKED inviting. In the photos the water area looks pristine with no lily pads or weeds popping through the water. We were very disappointed when we were stuck in rocks weeds and muck in order to go for even a quick dip. We made do with floats and maneuvered our way out to deeper water, where we were able to swim but it didn't pan out for one of our guests who has special needs. That child left and returned home. The house itself was in decent condition but lacking in cupboard space. The closets all had a funky smell so we ended up keeping most of our belongings in the rooms. We probably should have called about the TV operation, but it always seemed to give us an issue after hours. Finally, if tenants are expected to recycle then containers should be provided. We ended up throwing out of our recyclables away since there was no where to put any of the garbage. This would be a great place for those not interested in swimming and its probably a great winter retreat. Unfortunately it wasn't what our families were anticipating.

Wonderful experience

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Wudarrczyk house was ideal for our needs - well stocked kitchen with what we needed for cooking, lovely view of the pond, good boating, comfortable for 7 of us. The sandy beach was a plus for our grandkids, but the beach is not good for swimming; too shallow a long way out, and lots of slimy rocks. We went swimming in one of the lovely community beaches on the ponds. Beautiful sunrises as the house faces east. When we arrived the WI-FI was not working, but we called the owner and he helped get it back - just by unplugging and plugging back the router. It was hot one day, and we asked Select people if we could borrow an extra fan and they promptly delivered one to us.We enjoyed the area attractions - Lost River Gorge, Story Land, etc. and lots of good restaurants nearby. And loved hearing the loons calling several times.
