WI-FI, Smart TV, full size washer and dryer, Beach chairs/towels, cooler, umbrella, pickle ball paddles. Our community offers plenty of space for that daily walk, community heated pool, jacuzzi, fitness room, tennis/pickle ball court, undercover parking, literally everything your would need just bring your cloths. We are located only minutes to Hammond Stadium and the Minnesota Twins, Lee County Sport Complex, Gulf Coast Hospital, Southwest Florida International Airport, entertainment, restaurants, Sanibel and Captiva beaches and more! Whatever you’re in the mood, for you won’t be disappointed....

Tom and Gina's condo was perfect for a winter getaway! It was in a great location and furnished with anything you could need to cook a meal or go to the beach! In addition, they were great hosts not only responding quickly to any of my texts or emails but also checking up on me a couple of times to ask how everything was going. Beautifully decorated condo in Florida community. Very clean and many activities included. The pool is very large and very clean facilities. This condo is so cozy and colorful. Well stocked with everything you need. The hosts return your calls quickly if you have any issues. We loved this comfortable beautiful condo.
