This is our personal home. If you are looking for a *HOME* to use as you enjoy the beautiful Okoboji lakes, we would love to host you!

House Rules: Additional guests (more than 12) will be charged $100 per guest per night.

Additional cleaning fees apply for excess cleaning needed outside of standard cleaning. Additional charges for excess wear/tear and damage.

The boat and jet ski are not available for use.

NO pets allowed on the property/grounds.

NO smoking, vaping or tobacco use allowed on the property/grounds.

NO partying. House parties will not be tolerated. Underage drinking will not be tolerated. NO bachelorette/bachelor parties. You will be staying in someone’s personal home, so please make reservations accordingly. Quiet hours 11 p.m. to 8 a.m. This home is in a neighborhood of permanent, year-round residents, please be respectful of that.

Please clean fish at public cleaning stations and not at our home.
