☀️Seaside Sunrise – Summer Escape
Looking for a quiet getaway? Seaside Sunrise has a few select dates available in August at a reduced rate.

Seaside Sunrise is a beautiful and cozy beachfront home located on Carrabelle Beach. Private and secluded and is the perfect beach getaway! Enjoy watching the sunset on the large deck as well as a screened in porch. Both porches have seating including a high-top table, 4 chairs, and outdoor sofa on the screened in porch. There is a path with a wooden walkway that leads to the beach, the yard is on a maintenance routine to ensure great views. This home is a 2BR/1BA that will comfortably sleep 6. The master bedroom has a king size bed, the second bedroom has a king size bed, both bedrooms have a dresser and closet. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and double sink vanity. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, stove, refrigerator, toaster, microwave, standard coffee maker, pots and pans, as well as dishes, utensils, cups, and ice maker pieces. Kitchen table with seating for 6. The living room has a large flat screened tv with internet streaming. There is also a charcoal grill and an outdoor shower for rinsing off the salt water and sand. Other amenities include beach chairs, beach towels, and a washer and dryer.

This property requires a 2 night minimum.

PETS MUST BE APPROVED BY OWNER

We will accept 2 pet under 35lbs. with a non-refundable $100 pet fee per pet.

The house was very clean. There is not much of a view as far as water goes from the house, but once you walk down the path, there is a very quiet, mostly empty, beautiful beach. The house was well stocked, and lots of toys and chairs on the back porch for the beach (we even donated a chair and some toys to the pile). We loved the house and area and we are already planning for next year.

Perfect Beach Cottage Location

The Cottage was updated, clean and well supplied with all the necessities for staying at the beach. The cottage had a quaint warm feeling and was very comfortable and inviting. Was nice to be able to bring our dog. The beach was just a short walk out the back door.

Wonderful Beach Cottage

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Seaside Sunrise. Everything was clean and comfortable with only a short walk to the beach. The location was very private, and we appreciated the touches that made us feel welcomed. All the basics needed for a pleasant stay were provided, and we could bring our small dog along. We definitely would go there again!

We really enjoyed our stay! This little bungalow at the beach had everything we needed to sit back, relax and enjoy some downtime. It was a short little walk to a pretty and secluded beach. We are definitely considering coming back in the future 🙂

Beautiful spot!

Lovely newly renovated beach home! House was fully stocked for what we needed from towels to beach chairs to kitchen accessories! So peaceful and beautiful scenery. The sand is so white and soft! A private secret path leads to the beach and our family had so much fun.

Winter get away

We live in Wisconsin and wanted to get away from the cold for a bit. The house is adorable and very clean. The beach is just a short walk from the house and is beautiful. It was just what we needed. Would definitely come back again.

RELAXING GETAWAY

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect, close to Carrabelle and nature. My husband and I found the house welcoming, accommodating, and very neat. It was nice to relax on the deck or the screened porch, when we weren't enjoying a walk on the beach with our dog. In the evenings we sat outside and listened to the waves. It's a wonderful getaway location. I would love to come again!

Nature Lovers hideaway

Pleasant house by a lovely stretch of beach a short walk away in dry weather. Big pools of standing water meant we had to walk down to the corner to get beach access, but well worth it. Great sunset walks and close-in dolphin sightings. Good beds and comfy furnishings. Only negatives: no table lamps and dirty pans in kitchen.

If you are looking for privacy and plenty of room, look no further! This is our 3rd visit to Carrabelle and we will be staying here again!!! As a mom of 2, I couldn’t have asked for anything better! The bedrooms are big and the bathroom is super nice! Having the screened in porch and back deck was awesome as well! This is a must stay!!

Perfect getaway!!

This property was absolutely perfect for us! House was spotless. Bed was so comfy!! Everything we needed for 4 nights to rejuvenate! Easy walk to the beach. I read and husband fished. The true beauty of the "forgotten coast." The beach was completely uncrowded and just great "mom and pop" restaurants to eat at - highly recommed the Fisherman's Wife and the fresh flounder if they have it. Everyone we met was so nice and never had a need to contact the owners because everything was perfect. The best getaway if you want to escape the chaos of people - haha. I'm a school counselor and just wanted to escape the busy world of people - and it was perfect!!
