Nice condo, good location, communication can be better

Nice location and condo, no issues at all there. Everything was clean and ready, even cookies as a welcome gift. My only issue with this experience was communication with the rental company. We contacted them per the email instructions since we ended up somehow ahead of schedule traveling for the first time with our baby as new parents. I sent a quick text to see if it was possible to check in early, with understanding that we are not somehow trying to circumvent the rules, but planned for a longer drive and we needed to calm and feed our baby in a place suited for it. After an initial quick response saying they would check, we heard nothing for an hour and a half and by that time were already there and had met the owner who had just finished cleaning the place early. She was very kind and understanding of our situation. The response back that I received was that 'the unit was still being cleaned' even though we were located in the unit at the time since the owner had gone and said it we were fine to check in. This is not a big deal, but clearly, there was a gap here in communication between the owner and the rental company. Only other issue is that there was no instruction for how to lock the combo lock. No mention of having to hold buttons in any of the paperwork or email so we assumed that it locked on it's own, only to find out that it was not a couple days into the trip. I think this important information should have been communicated.

South Haven get away!

Wonderful stay for long weekend with friends in south haven! Location was great and our 2 bedroom condo was clean and comfortable. Out deck was large and overlooked the very nice pool. Checking was easy and host left many condiments in kitchen that made the stay even easier! We will be back

Great Location!

Awesome location and nice condo! This was the perfect place for our family of 4. My only complaint was the firmness of the beds, just a personal preference though!

Long Weekend

We stayed for a long weekend. The property was in a great location and we loved that everything was so walkable. It was nicely decorated and clean. The beds were a little too firm for us but it was nice to have the two bedroom two bath option. We only had one problem with the smoke detector batteries going bad, which you never know when that will happen, and they took care of it right away even though it was the weekend. Would stay here again and loved having the designated garage parking.
