Asher Premier Beachfront Condo es mi moderno apartamento de dos habitaciones, más de 900 pies cuadrados. Unidad de la esquina superior del piso en el lago Michigan. Esta unidad de LAGO FACING está completamente amueblada y tiene capacidad para seis adultos con una cama king-size, 2 camas individuales y un sofá cama. ¡Todos los electrodomésticos han sido reemplazados recientemente y la cocina redecorada! Se considera que este condominio tiene una de las mejores vistas de la costa del complejo y tal vez de toda la ciudad.

La unidad está junto a la piscina y junto a la playa, y cuenta con inigualables puestas de sol y vistas de la costa mientras está sentada dentro de la unidad. La piscina privada está a solo unos pasos de tu cama y de la playa privada.

El complejo está al lado de un parque de la ciudad que permite vistas superiores de la costa y a pocos pasos del pintoresco centro de South Haven, donde hay muchas tiendas y pequeños restaurantes.

Esta ciudad histórica (fundada en 1833) tiene dos casas de luz que guían las embarcaciones de recreo a los múltiples puertos deportivos dispersos a lo largo del río Negro que atraviesa esta idílica ciudad.

Lleva solo 20 minutos conducir desde South Haven a Saugatuck, 30 minutos a Holanda, dos horas más a Chicago y tres horas a Detroit.

We were looking for a place with a great view and we found that here. Wonderful views and great location to the city. Everyone we came in contact with were very friendly even our host. We received good communication and suggestions for our visit to South Haven. The home was very comfy and everything we needed to prepare meals was available in the kitchen with a lakeview. We could watch the lake from the bedroom, kitchen, living room and while eating. We loved that!

Host was very communicative from start to finish. The view from this condo was simply stunning from every window. Living area was spacious and comfortable and bed was also comfy. Shared deck is huge and so close to the waves it’s like sitting in them. Can’t wait to return.

The apartment is just as described and pictured. Wonderful location right on the lake is beautiful and we used the large deck quite a bit. It is perfect for sunset viewing. It is an easy walk or bike ride into town. Beds were comfortable and apartment was clean and I would be happy to stay here again.

The condo was very clean, organized and included all amenities that were needed. The views from every window was spectacular! Living room, especially right down to the patio area and a view of beautiful Lake Michigan. There was so much to see and do in Southaven and had many good suggestions from the owner. View and location are great to the beach and short walk to downtown. Owners have definitely made upgrades and improvements. We enjoyed the space and amenities (beach chairs and full kitchen). Pool looked nice. Owner has detailed instructions and checks in. Check in and access are easy.

Great Location!

The location couldn't get any better. Right on the beach, listening to the waves, it was wonderful! Harold was very attentive and provided a wealth of information. Would recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in South Haven.

We have traveled to many parts of the world and we feel South Haven is one of the gems of the world with it’s quaintness of the small town, the slow flowing Black River running through town, the wide, golden beaches and the famous, red light house protecting the many pleasure boaters. I had the great fortune of being born and raised in South Haven. As a kid, I thought this small town was too slow for my likening especially during the long, snowy winters. As I matured, I realized how lucky I was to have experienced the lifestyle of this community. I remember participating in the clubs and sports the community had to offer, enjoying the Blueberry Festival and Fourth of July events. Some of my favorite activities were water skiing or fishing on Lake Michigan and snow skiing at nearby Timber Ridge. We have cooked blueberry pancakes for breakfast on the beach during the summer and climbed the ice bergs in the winter. I have brought my wife and kids back for the past Thirty plus years. My kids have experienced the joys of the town throughout their life and I know they will continue the traditions with their children. I hope that you can feel a small piece of what joys this town has given to me during your week vacationing in South Haven!!

We have admired this property over the years when we took our kids to the public beach at Packard Park. My wife always said “that is the place we should find a unit in”. It has so much to offer with it’s own private beach and pool. The terrace is huge and is great for entertaining or eating your dinner while watching the sunset. This dream continued for many, many years until we purchased our 1 BR unit in 2005 and added this unit in 2013.

We love our units since they face the lake and they are so comfortable to sit and read. We love sleeping with the windows open and hearing the waves crash onto the shore. It is great just walking out the door onto the beach for a stroll to the North Pier or going miles to the North.

The location of the unit and the size of the town allows you to walk into town for shopping or meals. Go try the onion rings and Mess of Perch at Clementine’s or the ice cream at Sherman dairy. Don't forget about the Bunde's Bakeries.

Once there, I am sure you will agree that it’s great having a pool and being on the lake at the same time and that you will want to return year after year to realize life’s simple pleasures!!!
