This place was amazing and clean as a whistle. Views are spectacular with beach access just out front. Pool and hot tub were never crowded and it was fun meeting new people in these areas as we had some great conversations. Will be back for sure!

Beautiful property with all amenities you need. Loved having 2 separate bathrooms and lots of counter space. Kitchen is great to cook in and still be able to visit with guests and see the ocean. Patio was great to sit on and watch the bots and parasailing and easy access to the beach. Pool was great and cleaned daily. Location was private yet easy to get to nearby shops and dining. The beach was amazing to walk, snorkel, swim or bring chairs and relax. I would definitely stay here again. Hours were great with communication and making sure everything was amazing.

Very quiet & restful- no big crowds

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and I stayed here for 10 days. It was perfect for a quiet & restful stay. No big crowds- a nice pool - spa & beach to ourselves. The condo was perfect- everything you need - comfortable bed - easy TVs to work. Just perfect for a couple without kids.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that the resort’s A/C and hot tub issues impacted your stay. As the management company for the unit, we do our best to ensure everything within the condo is in great condition, but unfortunately resort-wide amenities and mechanical systems are outside of our control. We understand how frustrating these unexpected situations can be and appreciate your patience. We hope to have the opportunity to host you again under better circumstances.

“The place is absolutely breathtaking with gorgeous views. The only thing I wish it offered was more in-room amenities for snorkeling, the beach, and activities to do nearby. Other than that, it’s truly a beautiful and relaxing spot.”

It couldn’t have been more perfect! This condo is absolutely stunning, roomie, and beautiful not to mention the beautiful grass lawn directly in front of the ocean is a perfect place to catch the sun! It is so close to the ocean that we open the screen doors and listen to the waves all day! This is a 10 out of 10!

Our stay was very pleasant. The beach was indeed right out our window, and we could hear the ocean from our patio. Very peacefulWe had issues mainly with parking. We were told we had to pay for parking which we did, and yet there were not enough parking spots for us, and apparently for others listening to discussions at the front desk.If a guest pays for parking there should be enough parking for all who pay.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re so glad you enjoyed the peaceful setting and the beautiful beachfront views. We understand your frustration with the parking. During your stay there happened to be an event taking place, which unfortunately impacted parking availability. The association is aware of the issue and is actively working on solutions to help prevent similar situations in the future. We truly appreciate you bringing it to our attention and hope to welcome you back for an even smoother stay next time.

A Perfect Rental!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 103 is a wonderful one-bedroom unit on the ground floor. Room was updated, clean, and perfect for our one week stay in July. Came the week of 4th of July and were able to watch fireworks from the beach - just footsteps from our room. Having in-room laundry was a bonus as well! Can’t wait to go back!

Maybe “hotel “ size shampoo, conditioner, lotions. More cleaning supplies It seemed we were maybe the first renters since updating. Everything was new, (except stove) and that was really nicely done. Some woodwork around the cabinets was unfinished. A few of the self closing drawers didn’t actually close. And a couple of plumbing issues with dishwasher and dish disposal but the Handyman got on those right away. Front sliding door lock was sticky and hard to actually lock up, but we got it done. Just pointing these things out as observations for you. We’re completely happy.

Thank you for the thoughtful feedback, we really appreciate your observations and are glad to hear you were completely happy overall and enjoyed the updated space. We’ve shared the maintenance notes with our team, and we’re happy our handyman could take care of the plumbing issues quickly. For toiletries, we leave it to our guests to bring their favorite shampoo, conditioner, and lotions, since everyone has their own preferences, but will definitely take it into consideration. Mahalo for staying with us—we’d love to host you again!

It’s A Winner!

I’ve been to Maui more times than I can remember — but our first time staying in a rental unit and we couldn’t have been happier with the location, the unit and the property managers responsiveness. A few things: 1. Location and proximity to a BEAUTIFUL, not crowded beach A++. We rented for the last 3 days of our 7 day trip. We didn’t need a car for anything and walked to shop, grocery shop, eat and drink. 2. The unit itself is awesome. Everything is nice and new & the view from the kitchen & family room are incredible. 3. If you have to do any work while you are vacationing, the set up here is GREAT! I’m an early riser/worker and the configuration for one person working and one sleeping is fantastic. Close the bedroom door and you have access to everything including early calls while walking on an empty beach. A++ 4. The bed is SUPER comfortable. It’s also super firm, but we loved it. 5. TWO full bathrooms is so so nice! 6. Property manager was VERY responsive when we were looking for beach chairs and umbrella and had questions about the TV. High praise! 7. Parking is only $4/day and very close to the unit + check in at the front desk was a breeze and the gentleman working the desk was very friendly. Any downsides? One minor one, but we knew this going in. 1. If you want a luxury pool experience, this isn’t your place. But the ocean is steps away from the unit and the pool area, while small, was clean and not very busy - ever.
