Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. This home is a 3 bedroom split floor plan with 3 bathrooms. Updated throughout, this home will be the perfect place to escape to for cooler summers and snowy winters. With a mudroom to store your skis/snowboards and a deck to grill your dinners. Relax on the deck with a firepit and gas grill. There is a fenced area with a dog door for your pups. Even though there are Smart TVS in every room, there are games and books for your pleasure.

Susan was great to work with, very accommodating, very easy to communicate with. The property was clean, the beds were very comfortable, and it’s a very nice layout for groups to get together and enjoy each other‘s company.

Nice property close to everything in Pinetop

Susan was great, the property was clean and well kept. Wonderful TVs, I love that there was three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Everything was comfortable and clean. I would stay here again.

Perfect weekend getaway

Wonderful stay at this great vacation house. Place had everything you could need or want. Large fenced in yard to allow your dog to wander and explore while you relax outside on the deck. Mudroom porch was perfect to knock off your shoes and wipe off the dogs paws due to a rare April snow storm. Will definitely look for another reason to head north to stay at this place again.

Long Holiday Weekend

What a great Property, everything was super clean and comfortable. Susan was beyond gracious granting us an early check in and was more than accommodating when a tire blew out and discount tire closed for the holiday, almost made us miss our check out. We will be back!!

Wonderful, clean, relaxing, and comfortable stay. We loved everything about our experience, feeling clean and cozy and well taken care of. It was so nice that there was extra clean linens, toilet paper, paper towel, trash bags, soap, and everything we needed at every turn. We enjoyed the full kitchen, huge table with tons of games & great internet. It rained hard most of our time so it was priceless to have the mud room & indoor amenities to feel clean & cozy. We also enjoyed the big patio and the gas fire ring, so we could turn it off and not smell like smoke or worry about getting the fire out. Our favorite part was having three full bathrooms! The beds & all the furniture were very comfortable for enjoying time in together.

Out of the Heat - Getaway!

Great place to stay. Location is close to pretty much everything. Although must have missed there wasn't AC, ceiling fans and portal fans were provided so didn't miss having AC. Spent lots of time on the wonderful porch! Will definitely save this place in my favorites for future stays, as we like to head up to the area often. Thank you!!

Lovely house!

The backyard is huge! Plenty of space for dogs, although we did not bring ours. Loved the mudroom. Rooms are nice and beds are comfy. If you're a coffee drinker bring your own or k-cups, we couldn't find any but we love the local places. About 45 min to Sunrise, quiet neighborhood.

What a great spot!

Went away for a long weekend. Great spot to relax and close to everything. Home had three bedrooms and three bathroom. Great for a cozy weekend in or hanging out with family and friends. Bedrooms were clean and comfortable, and it was nice that every bedroom has its own bathroom. The dogs loved the outdoors area and it was nice hanging out on the deck. House was a great fit and the owner was very accommodating and helpful with anything we needed. We will be back!

Summer Stay

The house was clean and comfy except for: First door you go through was not closing properly (whoever installed it did a bad job). No air conditioning, which was needed at times. Window screen in bedroom by kitchen needs to be replaced. Could not leave window open for fresh air. Windows should be cleaned at least once , if not, twice a year. Maybe have a patio table and chairs on back porch?

There are fans in the closet for circulation but will definitely make sure all the screens are secure and allow for opening the windows!
