Great condo but security was a little out of control

This condo, property and owner were great! Butttt! Caribe needs to work with their security on chilling out a little bit and not harassing children and need to talk to the adults and just overall stop being so overbearing, it was a little much, and we felt like we were walking on eggshells

The condo was beautiful. My family and i enjoyed all the resort had to offer. In the condo there was a few things that should be addressed. Like black mold in the jets of the tubs. Imagine turning on the jets and black stuff being shot out all in the water. That was pretty intense.Just need a good proper cleaning. Other than that i wish they had left cleaning supplies available like dish soap, cleaners for the stove and counter tops. Extra trash bags and toilet paper would have been a plus. Saying all that i would book again. It was beautiful and comfortable. Our family of 13 had plenty of space and places to sleep. Everyone there seemed friendly. Very close to shopping and the beach. The lazy river was amazing!

Do not rent this one

Two pools (including the lazy river) were closed until May. It was never mentioned online, during the booking, or in emails. The a/c would not go below 73 (the owner controls it and will not allow it). This was not mentioned either at booking. When you use the stove or dryer or just dry your hair. The temp went up to 75-76 degrees. It was so humid and stuffy. The assistant manager offered to move me to a lesser condo in a complete different condo with less bathrooms. Checked in on Sunday. Was told the manager would call me Tuesday after 1:00. It’s been one week and I still have not heard from Julie at Brett Robinson. We love the Caribe and have stayed on this location for 4 years now and this condo is the worst. This was the first time one of the condos we rented was hosted by Brett robinson and it is the last! Will NEVER use Brett Robinson again. They are only worried about the $$ and not making the customer happy. Do NOT rent this condo.
