Group of 12 stayed during New Years

Clean, spacious & what a view!! Walk to the beach was easy. Restaurant next door was very good. We rented jet ski’s from the marina right outside. Lots of pools, hot tubs & things for the kids to do. We loved our stay & look forward to coming back!!

Problems with unit

The resort is great, but the actual room had many problems from crap furniture to many appliances not working and mold and many light bulbs out.

Breathtaking views and incredible location

My family and I just stayed in this beautiful condo at Caribe In Orange Beach. I was immediately interested in this condo because of the amazing views overlooking the bay and the ocean! We spent hours on our balcony watching Boats come and go from the marina, dolphins swimming, And just an incredible view of Orange Beach. We love that we can walk down to Cobalt for lunch or dinner and the property has a ton of amenities for families and is literally close to everything we love in terms of shopping and restaurants. We will definitely be back again!

Beautiful but noisy

Condo was beautiful and very clean. View was fantastic! However,Friday and Saturday night were very noisy. By 1:30 am, I called security, but the loud radio, and the screaming and yelling by the pool did not stop. Frustrating for sure. Don't stay on the weekend! Rest of the week was wonderful!

We have been staying at Caribe for 10 years and this one has been one of the worse one. The furniture was nasty, pull out bed had wire showing, dryer was working right (took about 3-4 times for them to get dried), no ice maker (was a piece of plywood there), chair was held together by duck tape, stove half worked and was coming apart. When we were packing up getting things to leave & checking under beds and things we found other items that was not ours. Security was a nightmare, had wristbands and was told several times they were fake. I feel that we didn't get what we paid for. Very very disappointing. I also have pictures if needed.

Spectacular view

Overall we enjoyed our stay, the view was beautiful and different than your ordinary beach view. We enjoyed watching all the different boats go out each day as well as seeing dolphins passing through early morning! Only thing I wish was told to me is the beach shuttle service doesn’t actually take you to the beach, plan on a Long walk to get to a nearby actual ocean beach! We chose to drive to a nearby public one! Condo could definitely use upgrading, new furniture etc, but is very spacious! Pools were spectacular! Checking in was confusing as you go to a complete different property down the road a way and pick an envelope up from a Dropbox outside, keycard as you were in hotel, b nice upgrade to keypad so don’t have keep track of keys and only get 2! Hard when have big party staying! Lastly, we had roaches out on our balcony first evening and saw them in the lobby next day as well! We reported and they put In a work order but we never had anyone come to our condo while we were there! Property was kept super clean though!

We really enjoyed the stay. The view was amazing. The condo was very clean and the living area was spacious. I have a couple of suggestions for some inexpensive items that would be helpful. They include kitchen shears, toilet bowl brushes in each bathroom and a couple of large bowls for salads and/or snacks.

Beach stay

View was amazing! Check in process wasnt as easy as I would have liked. I had to drive to Beachball properties to get the keys and parking passes and then take them back before catching my plane. It would have been nicer to have it all at the front desk of the Caribe. The condo wasnt as clean as I would have liked either. We had an infant crawling around and he kept finding pieces of food on the floor from previous renters. All in all it was a nice place and very spacious.

Amazing views, resort is perfect!

We stayed in Caribe # 802B, I cant explain the amazing view, it was breathtaking. We had a panoramic view of the Bay with all the boats and island, and the ocean. The wrap around balcony was massive with plenty of chairs and seating for our family to be out there together, the laundry room was equipped with outdoor supplies, canopy, floats, kitchen had everything you need, the kids room was perfect, master suite was huge, comfy couches for all of us to be in the living room together to take in the views, comfy beds, clean unit, extra pillows and blankets, very quiet, so much storage and space for a family. We never left the resort except to eat or shop. Every pool on the resort had slides, baby pools, something for all ages to be together in the same spot instead of separating, lazy river was awesome, there is a bar where you can get food as well, bathrooms, indoor pools, so much to do onsite . Our unit was right by the elevator and our parking spot was right off the elevator so easy access, no waiting for elevators. All the staff we met was super friendly and helpful. The place we rented from Beachball properties was very accessible and were amazing to work with . We will definitely be back to this unit. The walk to the beach was literally 2 minutes and even though there was red flags the whole week we were there, it was still calm on the bay side beach, and you still get to walk on the ocean side. Cobalt restaurant is amazing and the boat dock is accessible.

The property is perfect! Clean, plenty of space and the views are awesome! The amenities were also great! The location if perfect....walk to eat or the beach and a quick drive to plenty of other things to do!

Past its prime!

This condo needs a furniture refresh, working appliances (stove burner not working), remove the "squatty potty" in the master bedroom and replace it with something normal, unclog the shower drains, ensure the water is working in all of the bathrooms (sink water was turned off), dishwasher not cleaning as well as it should and shower curtain rod not firmly affixed to the wall. If all of these items are corrected, this would be a dream destination -- the view is spectacular and there is tons to do at the Caribe and surrounding property. Yes, I would stay here again -- it was very relaxing and quiet inside.

Except for the coffee pot not working the last 2 days it was nice. Great view and very comfortable. I would suggest a deep cleaning of everything.

The views were amazing!

Everything worked, plenty of dishes and plates for a larger group. The unit is starting to show its age (along with the resort itself), but it’s hard to pay attention to any of that because you can’t take your eyes of the horizon. All the staff you will encounter are pleasant and kind. My family has stayed in condos and homes from Sandestin to Gulf Shores and this had to have been the easiest area to get around in, and as condos go, this place has everything to keep the kids busy and the parents relaxed. We are already looking to book again next year.

Great Experience

Everything about this stay was very easy and convenient. Although check-in is offsite, it was nearby and very fast. The only extra thing that we had to do was to purchase extra parking passes and a boat slip directly from the front desk at The Caribe. They were also very pleasant and easy to deal with. The Caribe is probably one of the best located properties in Orange Beach. It's so simple to go to the beach, the pool, or be on your boat. The condo itself was clean and there were no issues during our stay. I would definitely recommend it and will more than likely stay there again.
